This firm is highly respectable and true to their word. I had an issue with a toilet leak, albeit wasn't fixed on the first trips. They made it right in the end. These guys are about their reputation not about making a quick buck. Thank you for you service. You have a lifelong customer as long as I am in Temecula.

Eli was friendly, polite, professional and stayed at it until the work was done. He did a great job explaining water heater options (tank vs tankless) with pros/cons of each, and also took the time to make sure I knew how to use it and maintain it.

Jesus was extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He was on time, took care of our plumbing problem and stayed to be sure that all was working well. He definitely went above and beyond. Very happy with this company and their employees!!! Will definitely recommend to others.

Jorge was our technician and he did an excellent job of pointing out the problem, answering our questions, and making proper recommendations that will prevent further issues in the immediate and long-term futures. I highly recommend Hometown Plumbing for their excellent overall service.

Hometown plumbing really came through for us this week. We have had constant issues with our 70 year old pipes since another plumber left a piece of pipe in our sewer line. We first contacted a corporate plumbing company who charged us for hydro jetting and then told us that we needed to replace our entire system at a cost of 7k. We called Hometown and their plumbers were able to remove the object with their hydro jetter alone. No need to replace anything. They have a really great team of professionals that work until the job is done, and don't leave you with a mess. Their plumber Joseph stayed until 7 PM on a Sunday night so that we were taken care of. All of the staff that we worked with were courteous and professional. Joseph even gave me tips on how to improve the efficiency of my tankless water heater. He said that they can instal and service them too. All in all we are very happy customers and would recommend them to any who want an experienced, honest plumber.

The plumber arrived at 7:30 PM, 3 hours after the assigned window of 3-5, and was here until 1:30 AM He did not repair the pipe. No water in the house. He came back at 8:30 AM the following morning and tried to repair it for another 4 hours. He made the problem worse. Did not repair the pipe and made the leak bigger. He left us without water for the weekend. We have to find another plumber now. Terrible.

My concrete patio wasn't draining after a heavy rain. Jorge was at my house for 12 hours until the job was done. You could tell he took a lot of pride in his job. Every time he pulled a bunch of tree roots, he smiled as if was discovering a huge nugget of gold. And Nathaniel did a great job replacing my faucet, fixing my garbage disposal and getting the dishwasher to drain properly. I highly recommend these guys.

Very professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of our home. We had a burst pipe under the house from the shower drain. It wasn’t an easy job, our plumber did some tough work. Our plumbing has been working great since. Highly recommended.

I typically don't write reviews, but this is very important. I used this company for repair of the damage from a leak, and also to replace my pipes (which insurance didn't pay for). Their estimate to replace the pipes was a bit more than most, but they were doing the rest of it under my insurance so I went with them. We made a deal that they would work with my insurance for the damage, and then I would pay them the nearly $10000 for the pipes. I now find out that they put in a claim for the damages under my insurance for 3 times what the other 3 companies and AAA had told me was reasonable and what my insurance had approved. i had already told them that the insurance company would not go above this point, and that other companies had agreed to do it and was very clear that I didn't want to do it unless they could do it under the insurance. Because I was paying them so much already for other purposes, they agreed. They now are going back on their word, and threatening to ruin my credit unless I pay them money that I don't owe. I am frightened, but I am going to try and fight them. Do not under any circumstances work with this company. I will let you know if this resolves.

In mid-July we had a pipe bust in our ceiling and the water went down into the kitchen walls. After Hometown Restoration (Teresa Ponce and Frank were amazing) came through to mitigate the damage, their plumber (Solomon Fraizer) showed up and was able to locate the source of the leak with one cut into the ceiling. He repaired it quickly and was very respectful of our home and professional. Solomon was great and did a fantastic job.

This week, we had the plumbing team back as we requested a temporary sink be installed so we could have some use of our kitchen. Steven Baloun arrived to install the sink and encountered many issue with our old, cracked pipes and rusted faucet. He had to make decal trips to Lowe’s to complete the task and throughout it all kept me informed, answers my questions and explained throughly why the repairs needed to be done. Steven was professional and respectful of my home and did a great job!

However, I would be remiss if I didn’t mention Justin (the owner) who has been flexible with my situation. We have used Hometown Plumbing and Hometown Restoration for this issue and I highly recommend their services. They will be my go to whenever we are in need.

This business advertises that they are 24 hrs which is what we needed due to an emergency. The operator told us that our plumber would be at our location between 5-7PM and we even received a confirmation text saying so. Unfortunately, 7PM came and went so we called back to see where our plumber was and were asked if tomorrow would work. We stated that it would not and the reason we were going with this company is that they advertise 24hrs. The operator asked me to hold so she could call the plumber and then hung up on me.
We didn't hear back from the company or the plumber until the next day asking what time he could come over. We had already gone with another company and will not ever call this company again. DO NOT Advertise 24hr a day service if you can not commit to the times you set and agree to. Highly unprofessional and left us with no water for almost 24hrs.

My experience overall was very good. The technician (Mickey) was very friendly and respectful. His work was very good and for the extent of work performed, he was very fast. I had a complete re-piping under the home. Although, there was a little issue, with a small irrigation pipe that was accidentally broken during repairs. However, Justin at Hometown Plumbing is in the process of correcting that issue. I would recommend them for all your plumbing needs.

I would recommend Hometown Plumbing to all my friends and family. Cesar was great. He was able to find out where the leak was very quickly. Then repair it just as fast. He was very professional and knowledgeable.

Cesar did a great job fixing what needed to be done in a very timely manner. He was very communicative and nice. Thanks Cesar. If I ever need assistance again in the plumbing area I will be reaching out.

Jorge Garcia was knowledgeable and very tenacious. We had a bad sink clog that was really far down the drain. Jorge wouldn't give up and completed the job after another "plumber" hadn't brought the necessary equipment to do the job. Wanted me to wait two days before he could get back out?! I had already not had a working kitchen sink for three days because it happened on a Friday night. Jorge Garcia was just the man for the job and very professional. He cleaned up when he was through. I called at 0630a 8/19/22 Hometown plumbing to replace a 50Gal LP water heater in my home. They returned the call by 7am and arranged a visit 11am the same day, which was great.
The technician called me around 1030 and said they could not provide a water heater from their supplier. I offered to go get one from Home Depot and he said that would be much cheaper and he would install it. He also had me get some new supply lines and some copper slip couplings. I thought that was a bit odd, a plumbing company not having supply lines and 1/2 & 3/4 copper on the truck. I had to help the plumber constantly, reminding him he was walking with wet dirty boots on my clean carpet, I had to provide tarps, a sponge and shop towels. And now for the really shocking part - They charged me $1425 for 2.5 hours of work. $570/hr - You decide whether to use these guys or not.

The guys came out two weeks ago after we discovered a leak coming from a toilet. They were fast- getting to the bottom of the issue quickly and had it repaired in no time. This week our garbage disposal decided to go on hiatus, so I did not hesitate to call Hometown since they were so good the first time. Again, job was gone quickly and said disposal is back from vacation! Very responsive and professional!

After 6-7 other plumbers coming out, who did nothing, he fixed it! My apt kept getting flooded, he came at a late hour and still fixed it, even cleaned up when he was finished. Also explained what the issue was, I appreciate that. Wish I could remember his name.... Thank you very much Jorge😁 Extensive knowledge in plumbing and thorough work.

We were so lucky to find this company! we recently found a leak at the base of our toilet and had no idea what was wrong. thankfully they were able to send someone over within a few hours. Juan Serrano came over on time and he was able to quickly figure out the problem and fix it right away. He was very honest and didn't try to rip us off. thank you so much Juan!

Called to schedule a leak detection visit.  Was told the rate is $319. I ask why their website shows $249. Operator checks with her manager and then says, yes, it will be $249.  That should have been my first warning to go elsewhere, but I went ahead and scheduled, confirming leak detection appointment for the following day.
I was told the Tech's have fully stocked trucks for leak detection and to expect a Tech between 8am-10am, which was again, confirmed via text.
9:30am the following day I hadn't heard anything so I called  to inquire about ETA. Operator confirmed the appt, said she'd call the Tech and call me right back.  10 minutes later, no call but then I received a text stating "Tech will call with ETA".  No call.
I call back and another operator confirms the appointment but with a different Tech, stating there was an emergency that caused the delay but he would speak with the Tech and call me back.
About 10 minutes later a different operator calls to inform me that the earliest the Tech might arrive is about noon, so my 2 hour wait this morning is now 4 hours and they "apologize" for that, and I'm soon finding out they do that a lot.
When I ask how I can be certain that the noon ETA won't become 2pm then 4pm I'm told, "you can cancel the appointment".
At this point I'm thinking I should have just called CPL, at least they show up.
At 11:15 the tech calls me and lets me know he's really busy until after 2pm and that he'd have to go back to the shop for leak detection gear and that their stuff isn't as good as what CPL uses.
So I've wasted a day in scheduling and 1/2 day waiting around only to learn Hometown can't do what they advertise, but will make you wait (a lot) only to leave you disappointed. Canceled the appointment.
Tried to use this business, but didn't work out.
Recommendation:  go elsewhere.

Hometown plumbing was great! David Martinez was amazing! He came in and took care of us in a very timely manner 👍. Again, service was fast and great!
