Randy and his assistant came and installed our new kitchen & bathroom faucets. They were friendly, very helpful, arrived on-time and finished the job in a timely manner. Randy also gave us maintenance tips to prolong the life our our faucets. We’ll definitely be calling him again for any future plumbing needs!

My mom, Pam always uses Randyman plumbing for repairs and installations and is never disappointed. Would highly recommend them, as they are reasonably priced, provide high quality work and are easy to communicate with. Five stars to this company!

Above and beyond. Randy came out to repair a slab leak after the (not related to him) leak detection company came out and marked the pipes. Unfortunately, the company marked incorrectly and Randy ended up with twice the work and didn’t charge a penny more. The mistake the leak detection company made ended up causing a lot of issues and Randy was here helping to fix each one even though it was totally out of his control. As soon as he realized they were not taking responsibility he reached into his own pocket and helped us fix the problem as a business owner, Dad, and overall kind human. His work was quality, his attitude was professional and kind, I felt safe letting him into my home, and I am overall very impressed at the service. It’s hard to find a company like Randyman these days so thank you!!!!!

I had a water shut off valve that was no longet working. I was referred to Randyman Plumbing by another plumber who was too busy to take the job. I spoke with Judy and she was wonderful. She understood that I was in a bind and made arrangements for Randy to come over and make the repair. He was a great guy and very professional. Despite knowing how desperate I was, they did not try and inflate their price. They were extremely reasonable and I will definitely use them again.

Randy is my go-to plumber! He has done repairs for us in the past, and yesterday when the hot water heater went out, I called Randy who responded promptly, came out and gave me some options, and within hours I had a new hot water heater. He is knowledgeable and efficient, and presents options so his customers can make informed decisions.. I also asked Randy to take a look at my shower drain while he was here, and he also cleaned out the shower drain. No need to search for a plumber—-call Randy to take care of your plumbing problems!

My water heater had leaked water all over my garage at some point during the night. My usual plumber was not available and gave me Randy’s number. Randy pretty much dropped everything and came to my rescue and by 3pm had a new water heater installed and ready to go. Randy is professional, explaining everything he was about to do. I would definitely recommend Randy for all plumbing needs.

Update: needed Randyman services again for a whole bunch of work: water heater install, garbage disposal install, faucet install, and re-piping under kitchen sink. Randy knocked all jobs in two half days (because I needed to go get the new faucet) or he would have done it in one day. Very responsive, great work and fair price. Highly recommended.

Randyman Plumbing saves the day again! This is the third time Randy came to my assistance. First was a faucet water leak which he took care of lightening quick. Second was a new water heater replacement where he took care of that job efficiently and a great price. Today was an emergency water leak in the wall. He was very busy and a little banged up from foot injury, but managed to get over and take care of the issue same day. Always does great work at a fair price. I highly recommend Randyman plumbing.

Randyman Plumbing did a great re-pipe job on my home after I encountered a slab leak. He came to my house right away over Labor Day weekend to make an emergency repair which allowed us to keep using our water in the unaffected areas of the house. He then returned later on with all the materials and equipment to replace the water line and was able to complete the job in only 6 hours. Definitely recommend!

Randy came highly recommended by my electrician friend and he was right. Randy gave me a great price and was here when he said he would be. He replaced a rusty valve and added insulation to it and fixed the tub nozzle that had broken. My neighbor is already going to use Randy as her plumber too! I highly recommend him.

Had a hot water heater under warranty go bad. Needed a new thermocouple and all the gear that goes with that. Randy and Patrick had it fixed pretty quickly. Labor wasn’t under warranty, but it was definitely worth the money to get hot water again!

Randy was extremely responsive and was able to walk me through all my available options for dealing with our plumbing emergency in a clear and non-pressured way. He worked very efficiently and his prices seemed very fair. Will definitely keep Randy’s Plumbing on speed dial for my next plumbing emergency.

Randyman Plumbing is hands down the most reliable service in all of North County San Diego. They are the only company we call for all of our plumbing needs. Randy is very professional and gets the job done promptly and professionally. We have an older house and a lot of the plumbing is from the original build, but Randy makes the upgrades look so modern with quality parts. Thanks Randyman Plumbing for all you do!

Randy repaired a leaking shower drain from a second floor bathroom. Water had leaked from the drain pipes into the drywall on the ceiling directly beneath the bathroom. Randy removed the old drain and the leaking pipes and installed a new drain in the shower floor, and new pipes to connect the new drain to the drain line. He was friendly to work with and the work appeared to be done well.
However, a little over a year after the work was done, the leak reappeared. I reached out to Randy to come back and look at the leak, but found it very hard to get a hold of him. After many attempts, I finally got a reply from him through a text message that he would "try to fit me in", but that was the last time I heard from him.
Since then, I've had some other plumbers in my house for other work, and because I had to remove the damaged dry wall from the second leak, the pipes that Randy installed were exposed. Both plumbers, on separate visits, noticed the pipes and pointed out to me they they were installed incorrectly. As you can see from the photo, the pipes appear to be sealed with a whitish substance, but as I was told by these other plumbers, and have since confirmed, ABS pipes must be sealed with black ABS cement.
I have repeatedly tried to contact Randy with this information and have been ignored. I am now looking to file a complaint with the CA State Licensing Board, and may. have to file against Randy in Small Claims Court to recover any further repair costs.
I'm very disappointed that Randy has chosen to ignore one of his customers with a legitimate concern over the quality of his work. And unless he steps up and takes responsibility for his work, I can't recommend him even though he was very nice to work with.

Randy plumbed my new home from the ground up 15-years ago and I never had any issues. I recently sold that and have been slowly renovating my current home. Randy replaced the toilet and faucet in our master bath last year. I called Randy back to re-pipe our kitchen, add a water line for our fridge, replace our kitchen faucet, garbage disposal, water heater, and main sewer line. Turned out great!!
I just had Randy back out to plumb our new laundry addition. Once again he did a great job!!! I will be calling him back for our guest bathroom remodel.
There are so many out there, it’s hard to know who to trust. Randy is honest , reliable, and does great work!! He has always showed up on time, is quick, clean, professional, and costs less than a lot of the other guys!!
