This morning, I had no hot water. I called Randy for help. He made time today to replace my water heater. Very professional and friendly. I strongly recommend him.

Randy helped us out in a pinch when our other plumber flaked. We needed to move the water and gas line outside in order to finish our barbecue island installation and had no one to do it suddenly. Randy jumped in and saved the day! He did a great job; highly recommend.

Randyman Pluming is my go to plumber. Randy shows up on time, his bids are always the best and his work in top notch. I can count on him to do the work I need and to not upsell me. I also had him install the new Moen flow detector that will probably be required by my insurance in the future. While I didn't need a pressure regulator on my house, my mom did and he installed it too. Thanks Randy!

This was my first experience with Blue bear Plumbing and Drain. I hadn't used them before so I checked out their website and was extremely impressed with the story behind the company and the info on the website.
I was able to get an appointment the next morning to detect and hopefully fix a leak. Adam and another guy arrived on time and looked extremely professional. They were polite, quick to diagnose the problem and just as quick to fix it. I have used many plumbers in the past but these guys are by far the best. I tried these guys out wanting to support the local tradesman + a fairer price than the typical big name plumbers out there. I was not disappointed! Fair flat rate price & the service was professional and done to standards. Correy was great and very helpful! A true plumber and did an exceptional job. (Toilet had to be removed due to not flushing. He removed a root that was in the pipe!!) had everything fixed within 2 hours.

Excellent experience. The team was quick to schedule my appointment. Corey (who installed the new water heater) was very professional and was able to diagnose and install the new water heater very quickly. He was thorough and happy to explain how to best care for the new water heater going forward. Really appreciate his help today.

From start to finish, a really great experience. No one likes plumbing issues and they always seem to happen at inopportune times. Great customer response, fast scheduling and Corey was spectacular. He diagnosed and fixed my issue in just a few minutes, suggested ideas to keep my disposal running effectively and was a fun guy to talk with. This will be my “go to” moving forward!

We had a water connection routed to a fridge we ordered and our washing machine draining system rerouted. Adam our plumber was very nice, knowledgeable, efficient and serious about his work. I woke up to a busted pipe above my main water supply. I stumbled upon Aqua Bear Plumbing & Drain through google and figured it was worth a shot. Greg was there within hours and had it fixed by the time I got home!

The work looks great and the leak is fixed! My favorite aspect of Aqua Bear Plumbing is how communicative they were through text and email.

Greg was great to talk with and really helpful in discussing water heater upgrades. They're definitely the first ones I call the next time I have a problem!

This is such a great company. Had the misfortune of having a break in my mainline on Christmas Eve. I called a neighbor for their plumbers name as they recently had the same issue. The company is Aqua Bear Plumbing (formerly Blue Bear). I called for an estimate on the 26th. I was beyond pleased with the wonderful gentleman, Adam, who came out. He found the leak, explained what was needed to repair it, & even found a sewage leak I wasn’t aware of. The work was performed & completed on the 29th! Fast response and they stayed until my water service was back on and running which took many, many hours of hard labor. Also cleaned up when the job was finished & came back the next day to finish up any loose ends. Customer service was above & beyond, showed up on time & kept me informed. I have had many plumbers over my lifetime but this guy was top notch, uses good quality materials & I will definitely use them exclusively now. If you have any questions or concerns, Adam

We had a gas line ran from one side of our house to the other and Aqua Bear plumbing did a great job! They were so responsive when we asked for a quote, they came out right away and then when we were ready to have it done Adam did a great job with the install and was very professional.
