We had a water main break out front of our house on a Sunday morning and Erick came with one of his guys and worked all day into the night and replaced our water main pipe . He was very friendly , knowledgeable and performed quality work at a very reasonable price I am very satisfied with his work . . I will be calling Erick for all my future plumbing needs.

Eric was outstanding. Diagnosed the problem fast and was done fixing it in about an hour. He was honest about the issue and what needed to be done to fix it. He knew I didn't know anything about plumbing and explained everything.
What I really appreciated was Eric asked me to call him if there were any other issues and was also a pretty interesting dude to talk to

We moved into a newly retrofitted home which had significant leaks under the kitchen sink, while using the disposal, and while running the dishwasher. Erik was so helpful, explaining the issue and working through it. He was friendly, knowledgeable and gave us a great value. Erik will continue to be our local go-to for anything plumbing related.

Erick is my go to guy for all things plumbing. I’ve used him several times, and am never disappointed with his work. He is very knowledgeable , works fast, and has fair prices.

I contacted All Around Plumbing to install my new dishwasher and add a hot water heat recirculator to my gas water heater.
It was easy to discuss my project request and ideas with Eric, the owner, who was quick to respond with his quote and a competitive price. Arrangement for scheduling to do the work was easy and convenient with fairness in mind.
Overall Eric paid attention to my needs. His work ethic was professional and knowledgeable. Eric communicated reasonable judgement of product quality and cost for my project.

I had a major leak in the water main in my newly purchased home due to failure of faulty polybutylene pipes used when the house was built in the 90s and called several plumbers in the San Marcos area to get quotes. I had 2 companies come out to give me a free estimate and was shocked at how high and unreasonable their estimate was. A good friend recommended I call Erick at All Around Plumbing who was the ONLY one who gave me a reasonable quote and was available the next day to do the repair. I decided to have Erick do the job along with taking care of some other plumbing repairs in the kitchen and I couldn't be happier with my choice! Erick is a true professional with extensive knowledge on all things plumbing and it's clear from the excellent job he did that he takes pride in his work and is a true craftsman. I highly recommend Erick at All Around Plumbing if you're looking for professional plumber at a reasonable price! If anything else goes wrong with my plumbing in the future, he is the first person I will call

Erik was great working on replacing my water heater flush switch pipes quickly on a wet later afternoon, so I we can have a warm night with hot water. His charge was reasonable and was fun person to work with. Definitely recommend it!

Erick arrived to help me with a plumbing emergency on Super Bowl Sunday. He was fairly priced and fixed our problem. He was professional and courteous and informed us of each step in the process. I will use him again should the need arise.

My MBTH toilet was clogged and I couldn't resolve the issue myself. Called All Around Plumbing, Eric answered even though he was on another job. Said he could come over when he was done, would be about 1.5 hours. He showed up 1.5 hours later and was able to resolve my issue. He was pleasant, professional and prepared to do whatever needed to be done on a Saturday morning. Would definitely call Eric again and recommend him.

Great and friendly person, very humourous and friendly. We became friends, charged me very low and was very experienced in plumbing profession. I highly recommend Erick to others who need plumbing service.

Of course my drain from the house clogged on Thanksgiving morning! Erick was there in just a couple of hours, and the added fee was very little. The drain clearing fee also less than I'm used to. Excellent service, and I will always use them for my plumbing needs.

Eric helped our company out last minute. We were installing Solar and we hit a waterline behind the stucco. Eric got out there as quickly as he could and helped us fix it. I was happy with the communication, kindness and quality of work. I’m also happy about the price. 5 stars for these guys!

Erick came the same day to repair a broken valve for our gas fire pit, and worked away until it was up and running, just in time for our guests to arrive. He was very fair priced, and communicated well. We will be using him the next time we’re in need!

Erick installed a automatic shut off valve on our main water line. Even though it was not a emergency, he got it done the same day I called him. Communicative, professional and reasonable rates too.

Erick was fabulous and did a great job. He even went to Home Depot and picked up the part that was needed to fix my sink. I would absolutely recommend him and his team to anyone needing a plumber. Fast service and reliable!

Erick responded to my request for service right away and was able to come out the same day.
He ended up having to replace one of our toilets. He took the time to go pick up the new one for us and made sure it was installed perfectly.
I found his prices very reasonable for the amount of time he spent diagnosing and installing.
We will definitely be using him again!

I see a lot of good reviews here about Erick but we just had unpleasant experience. I understand he tried his best but it was not the kind of professionalism we were expecting.

We were having issues with clogging in our sink.
On the first day we called him and he came to check our sink and said he will be back. We waited couple hours until 10pm for him to text us that he could not come and will be back next day.

We understand that emergencies happen, but we would appreciate a prompt notice if he thought he could not make it on time. So he set 9am next day but arrived around 12 noon and was able to "fix" it. 10 hours later our sink was clogged again and the water was rising. It was really inconvenient with the smell and the threat of flooding in our place. We asked him to come back next day to check. We also noticed he forgot to seal the pipe and was leaking.
The repair ended not happening due to time constraints in the condo.

Tired of dealing with Erick's inconsistent timing, we ended up calling another plumber and he was able to fix it in less than an hour. He commented about the use of jet set by Erick which was not necessary and could have gone to a different direction in resolving the issue.

We asked for a refund but they informed us that "Erick went over and beyond to try help out and even given you a deal you couldn't find elsewhere".

While we do not deny his efforts, however, we would truly appreciate a more professional communication and time management in doing business.
