Great service! Had a copper pipe in my ceiling spring a leak at 2 am, I submitted an appointment query on their website, and the next morning I was able to get in touch with them and have a technician come same day. Duke, who answered my calls, was very friendly and helpful! Our technician did a fantastic job- a lot of transparency during the entire process and fair pricing. They also walked me through a lot of components to make sure I had the knowledge to understand my plumbing system better. Quick, efficient, and excellent work. Will be using Aqua Bear again in the future.

Ronnie showed up at a really pro prompt time. Gave me a good estimate and did good work very very congenial and I highly recommend it. Thank you.

We are highly satisfied with Paterno's professionalism and he treated us not just like numbers. He changed our drain and pipe under kitchen sink, we have our sink looked like new in one day. Our experience with Aqua Bear Plumbing and Greg Distefano was excellent. For the diagnosis and estimate, there was no fee of any kind: no trip fee, no time spent fee, nothing. Two plumbers showed up when scheduled, inspected the toilet to diagnose the cause of it not flushing properly, and determined that our toilet needed to be replaced (no surprise given that it was 32 years old!). They were very friendly and explained everything in detail, and we agreed that it was time for a replacement.

We scheduled a date for the replacement, and again they showed up on time, did their work quickly, treated our home respectfully, installed the toilet we requested, and were out the door leaving us with a gleaming toilet and a clean bathroom as they did not leave any mess.

I especially loved the emails and texts I got when they were on their way, along with a link where I could track their journey to my home and be prepared for their arrival. Appointments, estimates, and invoices were also emailed promptly.

10/10 would recommend, and we will be using them for future plumbing needs.

I had such a great experience with this plumber. Super friendly, showed up right on time, and actually explained everything in a way I could understand. The job was done quickly, cleanly, and way better than I expected. You can tell he really knows what he’s doing.

The price was fair, the work was solid, and he made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. Honestly one of the best service experiences I’ve had — I’d 100% call him again and recommend him to anyone who needs plumbing work done!

My house was built in 1969 and the bathroom sink was completely clogged. Ron, (the best of all plummers I have ever encountered), was unable to snake. Ron, evaluated old cast iron pipe and provided pictures/movie of crawl space. Once he removed a section of pipe, it was completely blocked with sludge and debris. Ron, removed the 10-12 ft old cast iron pipe, installed new with easy to reach clean out plug. Ron stayed at task at hand & completed the 6 + hr job. No complaining, just focused on getting completed. No mess, congenial, and very competent! Hard job but done well!

I had them come out to my place both on Monday and Tuesday to change my tub / shower into a walk in shower! They did a great job! Both Will and Jose were respectful and fast working! I’m sincerely happy that they did the work!

Highly recommend Erick! He fixed my clogged kitchen sink quickly and for a very reasonable rate. We'll definitely call him again for any future plumbing issues.

All Around Plumming came by our home relatively late on a Saturday after other calls they had been attending to. Very nice, friendly and capable. Identified issue, and corrected it on first visit. Very competitive price. We recommend them highly.

Called Erick to get a new faucet installed in my laundry room and he immediately answered the phone, and scheduled an appointment to have it fixed within 24 hours. Happy with the service and will definitely call All Around plumbing again if I ever need anything in the future!

My ceiling was liking and called several plumbers but i found this  plumber. This man was very profesional, and reasonably he was honest and fixed the problem quickly. I'm very pleased with his work. I will surely recommend to my family and friends for small too large jobs. A+

We had a broken water main and were leaving on a trip early the next day. Eric was one of the only people who responded very quickly and was able to do a quality repair in a short amount of time. Thanks again Eric!

I had a leak with water coming from under my bathtub. I called and Erick came out to see what was going on. He found the leak and repaired it for me. He also installed a tankless water heater since the old water heater had to be removed in order to find and repair the leak. I appreciate that he came out quickly and helped to limit the damage done by the leaking water.

Erick came out to replace my busted water heater the same day. He was quick and professional, and takes pride in his work. I will always use Erick and All Around Plumbing for my plumbing needs.

Came to my summer house and had a hot water heater leaking everywhere called Erick and he was here within the hour and a late night call he was there till 1am and also fixed my toilet and garbage disposal for a really good price you don’t get this service back home so will be using Erick for all my plumbing needs commercial and residential
