Clean work from Miller attics. I hired them through a neighbor of mine who used them a couple of years back for rodent proofing and insulation replacement and I could not be happier! My house is rodent free and I can really feel the difference in temperatures with my new insulation

Alon came to give us an estimate for an attic fan, in Sonoma County it gets very hot in the summer.
For the very next day the fan was installed, he showed me how to use it very nicely.

Rafael was so helpful with this entire project. From when he initially came to our house, he did a thorough inspection and pointed all the things that needed to be done. He followed through exactly as he said he will and everything happened on time and our home was left clean after the rodent proofing and insulation replacement. Very polite and serious crew!

Best customer experience I could hope for. My cousin hired this company 2 years ago for rodent issues in the attic and crawl space and his problem was resolved so naturally I called them up once I saw I now have the same issue in my attic. They came by, diagnosed the problem, figured out where the rats were getting in from, closed all the entry points and replaced the insulation. Now my attic is clean and protected. I would hire them again in a heartbeat

They did a really great job getting rid of my pest problems. For a couple years I had issues with rodent but they came and eliminated that problem. It's been a few months and there has been no issues. I'm grateful for everything they did.

I moved to Berkeley recently and my place was occupied by students before. I guess they didn’t clean up after themselves because it had a big mouse problem. Miller was able to replace insulation and plug some exterior holes. I think they also used rotendicide or something similar, but there haven’t been any issues since. Seems like they fixed it and the price was reasonable, no complaints.

The Miller Attics team (Al and Rafael) were top-notch. They handled our insulation removal and replaced it with new, energy-efficient material. The whole process was smooth, and they left our San Ramon home spotless.
