I called Garcia Plumbing late last night. Jonathan the owner answered the call. He set up an appointment for first thing this morning. When his guy got tied up on an early morning job, Jonathan himself showed up. His guy show up a bit later to assist. My
Problem was diagnosed quickly. The repairs were made. Just before leaving we found another problem related to the first problem. Jonathan’s guy stayed an extra three hours to fix the problem to perfection. I couldn’t be happier with Garcia Plumbing and highly recommend them.

Remarkable results! Jonathan arrived, assessed the situation and proceeded to remove the most awful smoke and dog smell from a condominium left in the worst condition of any other property I’ve owned since 1988. I tried several other methods and services but Jonathan‘s method worked and worked extremely well. I highly recommend this company.

Artemis Building did a wonderful job recently remodeling our bathroom. They were professional, organized and technically capable. I would definitely recommend them and will call them for future projects.

They helped us install a new HVAC system along with a new window and a few other misc items. They were on time on a daily basis and communicated well through to the end of the project. We used Artemis Building Company to help in adding HVAC, and several other items to an older townhouse. The unit did not have a/c prior to us adding it. The project was a bit of an undertaking given the nature of what we needed completed, however the Artemis team made the entire project stress free. Their services included making sure we were working with the best contractors, both in workmanship and price point. They are locally owned and operated, and checked other boxes that are important to us such as being owned by a military vet. We will definitely be turning to them for any future contracting needs!

Had a major rodent infestation. Rats mice even a possum and no one could figure out where they were coming in from, but Miller attics found all of the entry points, closed them off and replaced our insulation and a couple of air ducts and now our house is back to being clean and secure 👍
