They took care of all my concerns and needs. Please use them you won't regret it. I look forward to their next visit. I got a maintenance plan to take care of my air conditioner in summer and heater in winter I know it's well worth it.

There is absolutely nothing I would change about my experience with HVAC Consulting Solutions. One of the best repair experiences I’ve ever had as a homeowner. I was waiting for my HVAC unit to die of old age and dreading the day. But turns out I had nothing to worry about. All of my questions were answered patiently-amazing customer service and quality work and products. Once I agreed to the work I never looked back because I completely trusted that HVAC Consulting Solutions would do a great job and do it right. It’s obvious that Craig will take the time to address any issue-no matter how small-to make sure his customers feel comfortable. Also very professional and didn’t leave any mess. Very very happy overall.

They were quick to answer all of our questions along the way and they were extremely flexible to accommodate the particular situation of our project. I don’t often post reviews but Traci was so incredibly helpful to us this past weekend that I had to. Heater decided to go out the morning we had houseguests arriving and we were scrambling to get it fixed on a weekend, with tons of events and obligations planned. Not only did Traci work with our difficult schedule, she went out of her way to find an employee to fit our timing needs and did not up charge us a weekend fee in any way. This was our first time using HVAC consulting solutions and they will be our go to from here on out.

Everything with this company was top-notch. The diagnosis was quick and clear. The workers arrived exactly when they said they would and finished in the amount of time stated. Most importantly, the work they did was great -- our house is cool again.

Amazing service ! These other jokers “Rowland heating and air” were there a few days earlier and basically told me I need a new system as it’s old and parts are broken , ducts are bad etc… these guys came in and reported no parts are broken, cleaned off a sensor and had my heating up and running in 20 minutes ! Everything has been working fine for the past month after thier service . What professionals and experts you have ! So happy I gave them a call for a second estimate

Our 2019 started off with a broken heater and an inside temp of 66 degrees and dropping. We called our regular HVAC guy, who was out of town for the week, and his office recommended HVAC Consulting Solutions. I have never had such a pleasant experience! Traci Kelly, the Director of Operations, could not have been nicer nor more helpful. Through phone call and texts, she kept me up-to-date on arrival times along with taking care of the business side of things, as we rent and needed approval from our landlord. Our tech arrived right on time and resolved the issue within 20 minutes. That was easy! I let Traci know that we had heat, and she replied with genuine relief for us. Two days later, we received a follow-up text asking how the heater was working. Now that's great customer service! I can only hope that every problem that arises this year is resolved as easily and pleasantly as our heater problem. We will use HVAC Consulting again in a heartbeat!

HVAC Consulting Solutions were absolutely amazing! The HVAC unit wasn't working during a heat wave and there was someone with health issues impacted. We were able to get a next day service call and the technician resolved the problem promptly. To say they saved the day was an understatement. I highly recommend them.

From the office to the folks in the field you’re treated like family. This company bends over backwards to not only do the job but do it with extreme care. I can’t recommend this company enough.

After one year I had an issue with the a/c and he helped me get everything fixed right away.

These guys were amazing. I had an AC installed an older house that never had it. They help me design the ductwork to get maximum airflow and efficiency. I had them in early. It was months before I finished up never once did they call me to try to get their last payment they waited for me to finish up. I finally had to call them, absolutely recommend them and would use them for any other project I come across if only my other contractors were like them my job would’ve gone 10 times better great job. Keep it up.

I am very happy that I found Craig and HVAC Consulting Solutions. Craig really came to my rescue when I needed repair and replacement of HVAC ducts for a rental property. His team worked quickly to get the job done while I was in town. The team more recently identified the cause of a smelly HVAC vent, and had a solution for the problem--the installation of a UV light and full-house air filter. I find their prices to be affordable, and their communication and service to be exceptional.

When you listen to radio ads promoting a family-owned business that offers air conditioning services, it creates a sense of comfort. However, if you schedule an appointment and they cancel at the last minute, addressing you by the wrong name, it becomes apparent that it's a call center. The company is based in Texas and lacks a personal connection to the service providers in Los Angeles.
Conversely, a referral from a colleague led me to Craig at HVAC Consulting Solutions. Craig prioritizes punctuality, clarity, and honesty.
They did a full service on my AC UNIT and the difference is night and day. Much quieter and not choking on an air filter using more power than needed. Great, efficient work.
I also asked about switching to a heat pump to get rid of SOCAL gas dependence during the winter. He provided a comprehensive quote, but recommended sticking with my current furnace. Honestly. Craig and his team, excelled in their work, maintained good communication, and are available locally for any future issues. It's essential to support local businesses.
