We had a problem with our heater during a recent cold snap, and HVAC Consulting Solutions was tip-top AMAZING! They came out quickly and got the heater running properly. Their employees know what they're doing, explained exactly what they saw and what they did. The lovely owner, Traci, is a fair, honest, straight-shooter. And talk about amazing service: they even dropped off a fantastic space heater to use during the couple of nights before they came out so we wouldn't freeze our tushies off! Thank you, Traci -- you're the best!

if you are on here, like me looking for hours for an honest, trustworthy and reliable company, LOOK NO FURTHER! What an amazing experience. I had 3 different companies come out ( each Charged me around $100) to look at my 3 year old unit and try to rip me off with their BS Diagnosis. Thank goodness I stumbled across these honest people or I would’ve been out of thousands of dollars. Thank you Traci(owner) who not only went out of her way to make sure I get someone the next day but also calmed me down with her kindness. She restored my faith that there is still good people out there!!!

I called Craig at HVAC Consulting Solutions after searching for recommendations in my area on Next Door. He came and gave an estimate before anyone else even returned my call. He is courteous, timely and aesthetically aware regarding integrating HVAC items into your home. Hi crew came over and installed a mini split heat pump into my studio, they were friendly, knowledgable and professional. They all wore shoe covers when they came into the house, and the installation was detail oriented, tidy and I'm very happy with it.
Craig's communication was excellent, he would call or email after each interaction we had to make sure we knew where we were when going forward.
I will be using HVAC Consulting Solutions to install an additional return in my house in a few weeks and am looking forward to another excellent job!

Without a doubt one of the best companies to turn to when a malfunction deeply effects your way of life. Case in point: We were suffering through a massive heat wave and the AC stopped working. We had no choice but to get it fixed. Thank God a good friend referred us to Traci and HVAC Consulting Services. She responded to my distress and even though they were booked solid, she had a technician come out. He diagnosed the problem and an hour later we had our lives back. I cant recommend this great company enough. Honest, responsive and caring - as well as being expert with more than fair pricing.

I wish I could give them more than 5 stars! HVAC Consulting Solutions has been excellent in helping us with our HVAC needs since we moved to West Hills. Last year, our old A/C unit went out on July 3rd during a heat wave. While other HVAC companies needed a week to work on our issues, their team helped us to quickly assess the issues and install a new HVAC system within a couple of days. While we waited for the new unit to be installed, they lent us a portable A/C unit so we could keep our bedroom cool at night - this was far beyond our expectations. In addition, Tracy in their home office is amazing and has always been tremendously helpful. She is quick to respond, well-informed, and very personable. Overall, I cannot recommend their team highly enough on responsiveness, expertise, efficiency, and customer service. We will continue to go back for any HVAC needs we have. Thank you!

I totally trust this company! They are top notch and the best communicators out there. Craig would text me daily with updates and keep me informed of the days and next days activities.if there was a problem or an issue, he was on it and didn’t back down till I was completely satisfied. Needless to say I love my new air conditioning and all the vendors he suggested for additional work wee great too. Prior HVAC would come service my 22 year old unit and told me I could probably get another year out of it instead of up selling me or shame me into a new one,so when I did want and could afford a new unit they were the first people I called

Their customer service was top notch, pricing was fair, and scheduling was a breeze. As first-time homeowners, Craig and his team have demystified heating and cooling, becoming our trusted partners along the way. We can’t recommend them highly enough for installs and maintenance!

We have used HVAC Consulting Solutions twice, and both times were great experiences. Last year after problems with our air conditioner and issues with our long-time service provider, I contacted Traci Kelly-Scher and she was able to get us set up with service during the hottest time of the year. (Isn’t that when everyone’s air conditioners decide to have problems?!?) The team was able to assess the problem and get things working quickly.

A couple of days ago, things decided to stop working and I contacted Traci late in the evening. The techs were booked for the next day, but the following day we had an early morning appointment and things were fixed very quickly. Considering we are headed into the 4th of July weekend, and a heatwave predicted, we are grateful for the quick fix!

Craig and his technicians and office team have been excellent. One of our HVAC units needed a part from the east coast and it took a long time for the part to arrive. We received regular updates from Craig, including once the part was ready to ship, he provided the tracking information so that we could follow the shipping progress. Once the part was received at the distributors location, Craig informed us immediately, and had his team picking up the part and installing within 24 hours of the parts arrival.

Criag and his entire team were fast, responsible and gave me a very competetie price for high quality products. i changed out a 30 yo system and put in 2 new systems and this was done in less than a week without complication. highly recommend. The team followed up after install to resolve all the issues that came up and are just excellent at what they do

Highly recommended! My HVAC system has never worked perfectly and was at the end of its life, so needed replacements. I realtor friend of mine recommended HVAC Consulting Solutions and I was very happy with their work. They came out quickly and evaluated a system and gave some suggestions on improvements that could be made. Their estimate was very reasonable and they replaced my entire system. They got the work done very quickly and professionally. Attention to detail was great and the workers were all very friendly and helpful. They even hired an electrician to make sure all my circuits were hooked up correctly. I feel that they did a great job and went above and beyond in quality, price, and follow-up. I recommend them highly.

I've been at this residence in Woodland Hills for over 40 years, and I have never experienced better HVAC service than a recent 911 call to HVAC Consulting during an oppressive heat wave. I think they could hear it in my voice - 'elderly resident literally melting away'. Traci moved heaven and earth to accomplish the impossible - sending a couple of the friendliest and most knowledgeable technicians out who, almost within moments figured out what was wrong, changed a condenser, swapped out a board ('board' being the extent of my technical awareness) - and while making sure I was aware of the issues, promptly fixed my AC and gave me what has to be a very fair price (thought it would be much more expensive), and an hour later I am back in my comfort zone. A great, great company!

So grateful to Craig for his top notch and professional service. He was able to get our new HVAC system installed before the last heat wave. Great communication, honest and on time. Highly recommend!

did great job. had received a price of 15000 from champion hvac. they said i needed to replace my whole air handler and coil and a and all hosing. Craig people came in and all i needed was a new coil. cost 3500
