Seriously impressed with the service I received today. I called Alex on July 4th as the a/c unit was blowing hot air at my air bnb rental. Alex was there within 2 hours and came back the same evening to recharge and service the unit once it has defrosted. He gave us options for repair, which were totally reasonable, sent photos of the unit before and after as I was out of town and my tenants needed it fixed asap.
