I called Phil and he responded adequately. He was generous with his time coming over to check the problem and advise me for fixing the issue of high water pressure in our office building.

I had a clogged sink and Mike came out on time, as promised. Checked what was wrong. Fixed the problem. Discovered a massive problem under the house, repaired it at an extremely reasonable cost, cleaned up EVERYTHING and left the house better than he found it.

I'm extremely satisfied with American Plumb Method. My experience was nothing but positive all the way from scheduling my service to project completion. I've been looking for a new plumber for quite some time and now my search is over.

We have used American Plumb Method on several occasions, but the latest job was a whopper: a total repipe of our house. We solicited several bids, and even if American Plumb Method wasn't the cheapest (all of the bids were very close), it was by far the most thorough. And the work itself was amazing: Not only did they repipe the entire house, but also installed a new tankless water heater and filtration system. The job required holes in several walls, but (after they brought in a recommended drywall and painting company) there was zero visible sign of any of the work. The system works great, and the house was spotless when the job was done.

Arrived home around 8pm from work and noticed that I has a major back up In my house. I called Mike because he was referred to me by a co-worker and he arrived within 30 minutes. He ran cable on main line after he noticed that the clean out in the front of he house was backed up. As suspected, It was baby wipes. He actually ran the camera after and noticed there was root intrusion which he recommend to High Pressure Jetter. Mike is an honest person and I would recommend to anybody else. These guys are good and have competitive prices!! oh and have phones forwarded afterhours! You talk to a live person not a answering service or machine:)

we were thinking of.a thankless water heater for some time. well when our old 40 gallon went out the decision was made. Phil came out late at night to take a look. 2r hour plumber s are hard to find that actually will come out but Phil did. next morning he had Mike out to install our norotz thankless water heater. they worked quick effectively and got the job done. we're very pleased with this super quality service and the company that provided it. I had a water pipe break at roughly 1.45am on a Friday night. I called every so-called 24/7 plumber on the Internet. They were all closed or did not return my message. Fortunately, the one who did was Phil at American Plumb Method. He came right over and fixed the pipe. He was extremely professional, and I was happy to finally find a reliable plumber in the area. After this 100% positive interaction, I have no need to ever look for another plumber. I could not possibly offer a stronger recommendation. This is the plumber to use.

I highly recommend American Plumb Method! One of the two owner's Mike C really helped us out, coming over very quickly, to fix our slab leak! They confirmed the leak and capped off the leaking hot line, then rerouted it, as simply and quickly as possible. We also had the kitchen sink faucet replaced. With help of his assistant Jared, they were done in a day! Even gave a great drywall guy recommendation! They are now our "go to" plumbers! Thanks Mike!

I cannot speak highly enough about American Plumb Method and Mike! My mom had an emergency plumbing request due to a pipe breaking. Mike was able to come out within an hour of me calling. He was efficient with finding the problem and corrected it quickly. The total cost was an overall great value, the work done superb and overall a great experience considering the nature of the problem.

Mike was awesome and super helpful! Called him and got an instant answer and quote over the phone. Was able to squeeze in a stop at my house within 30 minutes of my initial phone call with him! Repair took about 40 minutes and was quick, easy and affordable! Would use this service again in the future if needed!

We are in the process of repaving our outdoor patio and needed to install a gas line to our fire pit. The timing of the gas line installation had to be just right as to not delay our project. Phil was able to schedule the work on our requested date. Digging out a trench and installing the line was a huge job and took about ten hours to complete. Knowing that we had a concrete truck coming at 6am the next day, Phil and his partner kept at it till late on a Friday night and didn't leave until the job was done. What a gem of a guy! I feel confident that the work was done correctly and safely!
In addition to this job, Phil has done work for my 99 year old grandmother, a tough customer who is difficult to please but she loves Phil! We will definitely be contacting American Plumb Method to help with our future projects. Thanks for the great service done for a fair price!
