Highly recommended Plumbing team! These guys were easy to communicate with, schedule and were more than clear of any estimates and work that 'may' have to occur.

I had a kitchen sink that was clogged with grease (appeared the previous owners threw everything down there) and called a few places and got the run around and were looking to charge me for jetting the pipes which for those of you who are aware could cost upwards of $12-1600. Jared showed up on time, was able to clear the pipes and even replaced some of my kitchen pipes & outside drain access at no additional charge.

Great team and will be in contact with American Plumb Method for any/all future plumbing jobs!

Gentlepersons:

They both saw me laying face down in the street as the wheel of my electric wheelchair came off causing me to fall in the street on Ventura Boulevard in Woodland Hills.. Once I fall like I did I was not able to get up on my own.

Both Phil and Michael picked me up from the street and sat me in my wheelchair. This act alone could have saved my life or from a more severe injury.. As if this was not enough of an act of kindness theses two men showed me they went (not just the extra mile) thee tea 100 miles out of their way to call my wife on my cell phone asking if she could come to the area where I fell to take me home.

When my wife arrived. These two men helped me in the car my wife was driving and followed us home.Before we went towards home , Phil and Michael loaded my broken wheelchair onto their truck and followed my wife’s car home.

It is a very heavy wheelchair but the two plumbers insisted on taking the chair back to the garage placing the wheelchair in one of our parking stalls.-

These two men didn’t know me from Adam but took it upon themselves to help a fellow human being when many cars would not stop as they could not be bothered. These two gentlemen even returned after a while to see if we needed anything.

I feel that I am so lucky to have these two men in the area unafraid from a lawsuit , etc in case I fell again. I hope you realize the quality men that you have. Working under your corporate umbrella. I certainly do. Thank you so much Phil and Michael. Thank god there are people still around that put the misfortune of another ahead of their desire to complete their work for the day.

It's not easy to find trustworthy people these days, but I really feel that I can trust American Plumb Method. They fairly and thoroughly assess a problem, and always do more than is required. We've been having lots of noise from our pipes, and they went above and beyond to reduce the noise and secure the pipes. American Plumb Method has helped us out with various other jobs over the years, including descaling our hot water heater and helping us manage our water pressure. If you have any plumbing problems, American Plumb Method is the first and only call you need to make. Phil, Mike, and their crew have saved my sanity (and my wallet) more times than I can count. Whether it’s figuring out how to repair a pipe break at the water main line without having to rip up a bunch of concrete (saved me thousands of dollars on that one, thanks again guys!) or doing a full re-routing and install of new pipes after a pipe burst and flooded our kitchen, I wasn’t just paying American Plumb Method for impeccable work, but also for peace of mind knowing that I was being taken care of and the job was being done right. Phil was here at 7am when I called about the burst kitchen pipe and he stayed until well past 11pm finding the very unorthodox previous pipe layout, figuring out the best way to re-route everything and then fixing it. He told me he “wouldn’t be able to sleep until he figured this out.” These guys really know their stuff and they check and double check their work to make sure there are no mistakes. Because of that burst kitchen pipe, we needed remediation and remodel work done as well and Phil and Mike gave us amazing recommendations for who to call. AND they just came out with their own enzymatic drain cleaner that works better than anything else I’ve used. American Plumb Method is honest, does amazing work, and they have my highest recommendation.

Billy’s Plumbing was a lifesaver for us. They came out on a Sunday night and cleared our drains when we had an overflow in the women’s bathroom. We were very busy! That alone saved us from a much bigger problem.

What really stood out was that they did not just do a quick fix and disappear. They came back to follow up, ran a camera to find a partial clog, and then hydrojetted everything all the way to the street. Very professional, thorough, and responsive.

We really appreciate their fast service, great communication, and commitment to solving the problem the right way. Highly recommend Billy’s Plumbing.
