Super fast and so knowledgable!

I have used Billy's Plumbing & Rooter in West Hills twice and have found them to be amazing. They are honest and great at problem solving.

Fast, excellent service, and reasonable price. I want to use a small local firm. So pick Billy's. I am glad I did. Will use them again when we are unable to do it ourselves.

Replaced hot water heater, expansion tank, circulating pump. Investigated cause of hot water getting into our cold water line (looking for a needle in a haystack) and they correctly suspected/fixed cause of system with two single tub valve cassettes being bad. Yeah! We have cold and hot water now! Luxuries in life!

The plumber came in very quick time for our clogged sink, and the plumber explained what he was gonna do, what would likely happen and also what may go wrong with some older pipes I have. Was able to clear the clog with nothing going pear shaped and had a reasonable fee.

HUGE Shoutout to Billy Rush of Billy's Plumbing &Rooter for the awesome work he and his technician, Mike did at my place.

I used one of those "Drain Bladders" in my kitchen cleanout, and it burst ... Sending a 5"x1-1/2" solid piece of rubber 15' down my sewer line (Under a concrete slab)

Mike was able to get it out cleanly at a minimal charge Vs. the alternative ... Breaking open the kitchen slab floor to get to the clogged pipe

Very happy. Great guys with a helpful attitude. This was an emergency call and the charge was very reasonable. Rush was recommended on my NEXTDOOR APP. I now highly recommend them.

TERRIBLE! BILLY HAD TO WATCH A YOUTUBE TUTORIAL (on our time and dime) TO DO A SIMPLE PLUMBING JOB FOR US! DO NOT USE!
Billy had to watch a youtube video to install our shower system (weeks late and improperly!!!) Plus incredibly rude to a customer??! UNACCEPTABLE!!
If I could give zero stars...Horrible! We hired this plumber to install a basic shower system from rough to finish. His work, manner, expertise, and knowledge was terrible. He sent out a couple guys to do the rough in who left the job unfinished. Afterwards it took us weeks to get ahold of Billy and get him here. His workers left us with only scalding hot water in the newly redone bathroom and the volume control knobs on the diverter did nothing!
We actually debated for a day on whether to even call Billy's plumbing back, even if it meant losing money, as at this point we had no faith in their abilities to do any plumbing correctly!
When he did come out two weeks later, he actually claimed he didn't know how to install a really general shower system, and needed to sit there and call Grohe (the manufacturer) and watch a YouTube tutorial!!!
I haven't ever experienced a worse plumber. This was a non-digital, very basic shower system that Billy's plumbing AND Billy himself were unable to install properly and left unfinished!
END RESULT, THIS IS THE WORST PLUMBER WE HAVE USED IN 20 YEARS!
BEWARE, THERE ARE MANY GOOD PLUMBERS OUT THERE, BILLY'S PLUMBING IS SUBPAR AND VASTLY INFERIOR!

Called Billy's and they showed up in ONE HOUR as promised . Leo the plumber was polite , clean and explained everything he was going to do before he started the job. He took the time to do the job properly . Tested the system after the work was completed . I am very happy with the service I received from Billy's Plumbing and Rooter . I will consider Billy's
my new go to plumber !

Billy was referred to me by a neighbor, so I called him to have my house repiped. He didn't do the work, but sent out a couple guys. Billy was pretty much set in what he was going to do before he even got here and seemed quite distracted when trying to talk to him. The guys he sent did pretty good until my wife found that they did not center the new shower controls between the shower door and the wall. After a lengthy discussion with Billy he agreed to send someone over the next day. They moved the controls to the proper location, but after they left and I started to close the walls the next day and founf that both the old bath shower and the new bath shower leaked. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the job and said I would fix it myself. A short while later, my hot valve in the old bathroom started making a terrible screeching sound. I took the handles off and discovered the controls were not put in straight . Luckily I was able to find a small stem extender to fix the problem.
I will not use Billy's again! I told the friend that referred me and they will not use him again and her boss, who was using Billy for all his plumbing needs will no longer use him.

I almost never review anything other than restaurants but I just had the BEST experience with Billy's plumbing! He came at the early end of the hour given for his arrival, worked quickly, and did excellent work. Plus they fixed my problem for under $200!!!! What?!?!? I'm never calling anywhere else. Thank you, Billy's Plumbing!!

We've used Billy's plumbing for years and years! They always come through with friendly service and they don't over charge. Edwin was so nice and he helped us with an additional thing I had forgotten about on top of the main reason I called. I felt bad my sons stunk up the bathroom but Edwin was so professional and kind. Awesome everytime 👏 thank you! I would call them every single time for any of our plumbing needs.

Adam came out for a difficult repair of a buried gas line. He had the right touch and was able to fix it. He was very personable and informative as to what was going on. I'd use him anytime.

Very satisfied. Our plumber who arrived, Edwin, was knowledgeable and polite. He arrived promptly and the price was fair. I would use them again.

Green's Plumbing offers the best service that I have had in San Fernando Valley. I have used this company several times in the past decade for small issues as well as larger projects.
