I had a rug, two chairs, and an ottoman that were stained. I had another company come out and they were unable to remove the stain. Scott not only communicated well about our appointment and his arrival, he met all of my expecations by removing the stains. He dropped everything off when he said he would. I would definetly use him again.

Friendly, courteous and professional. They were respectful of property and did a beautiful job. The floors came out better than I’d expected, especially after a lot of summer traffic in and out of the back yard. I definitely recommend Scotty Steam Clean and will use them again.

The reviews don’t lie. This was my first time engaging Scotty and team, and it won’t be the last. This is top-tier, know-their-craft, quality-first. When I say “craft” I am serious - Scotty has 36 years in this business, and the experience shows. I was wowed by the care Scotty and his team took in deep cleaning all of our carpets - they set up professionally with floor covers and door frame protectors. Furniture was carefully and gently moved. They were easy to schedule, on-time, and professional throughout. The results were impeccable on carpets and a rug, and Scotty understands exactly how to handle an expensive or one-of-a-kind floor covering - no trust issues here. Grateful to have found these true professionals.

Our couch had some tough wine stains that we had tried to clean ourselves over the years, but unfortunately, we only made it worse. Then Scotty came in, and he was incredible. He took the couch back with him, and within a week, every stain was completely gone — even the marks left behind by previous cleaners. The results were phenomenal. It saved us a ton of money since we thought we’d have to reupholster it. Highly recommend Scotty’s services!

Scott’s add boasts “ Simply the best.” I was skeptical because I’ve heard enough self-serving ads to last a life time. BUT, I am pleased to share that this is a statement of fact. Without bluster, Scotty truly is simply the best. Scotty told me what he was going to do, did what he said he would, and my carpets look great. Thanks.

Scotty’s Steam Clean texted me when they were on their way and even arrived a little early to prep. They were friendly and efficient and thankfully added my couch to the job when they got here. The employee even gave me a bottle of spot cleaner, which I appreciated. The carpets look so much better than before, and the stains are gone. Thank you!

In addition, my wool area rugs look beautiful after they took them to the shop and did their magic (cleaned thoroughly & properly for the high quality of these rugs).

I had a bit of an emergency carpet cleaning at 2:00 on a Saturday afternoon.Scotty came out within an hour and cleaned up my carpet, looks great..satisfied customer.

We love our rugs but also love our dogs, who, unfortunately, aren't always the best friends to our floors. Scott was incredibly knowledgeable and thorough, walking us through the process and explaining what could be done to save our rugs. The UV light he used to show what was really going on beneath the surface was both fascinating and eye-opening—an experience on its own! We're especially thrilled they could get this taken care of before the holiday. Highly recommend this service for anyone looking to refresh their carpets and rugs with professional care!

Scotty returned our rugs today, and honestly, we didn’t have high hopes because we know what the dogs had done. But Scotty completely exceeded our expectations! He replaced all the pads and even moved our very heavy furniture to get the job done right. The results? Incredible. The rugs look clean, smell fresh, and feel amazing underfoot. Absolutely 5 stars! They got me on their schedule right away, and gave me a 4-hr window. On the day, they sent me a text when they were headed my way, with geo-tracking so I could see where they were enroute to my house. Super nice, careful, and efficient. They cleaned my upholstered sofas and chairs in place, and then took the area rugs to clean at their shop. They returned to install the rugs four days later. All the colors were bright and beautiful. I couldn't be happier!

Scotty picked up the phone when I called and he was able to squeeze me in on the same day, Saturday. He and his colleague showed up on time and were professional throughout the visit. My carpet isn't high quality but it came out looking and smelling great. He educated me on spot treatment for pet accidents and gave me a bottle for spot treatment. I will absolutely use them again and highly recommend their services.
