The carpet in my master bedroom had been replaced. The nap had become crushed, the edges around the room were black, and there were spots from my dog's "accidents." Sadly, I was thinking I should replace it again but decided to try Pro Steam - because they had a guarantee. Absolutely amazing results. Carpet looked like new. No longer crushed, no more black edges, and no more evidence of my dog's "accidents." Couldn't be happier.

Michael did a great job for me. I am a Real Estate broker and wanted to get a home ready for the market. He gave me a good deal and transformed the place. The whole first floor is tile and the grout lines were black from dirt (it was a rental). I couldn't believe the difference it made to have the tile professionally cleaned. He restored the original color. I'd recommend him highly.

For years I used a national franchise company, (Sta**** Steam**), I was happy with them until a couple young technicians said that they couldn’t remove some spots because they were “stains”. They said stains do not come out. When my irritation to them faded, I needed another company. I found Pro Steam. Not only did they remove the “stains”, but made my carpet white and beautiful again. Since then this is the only company I trust with my carpet cleaning. It is a bit expensive, but Mike works REALLY hard and the results make my 20+ year old white carpet look brand new, which is tough because I have two large dogs and adobe soil.

I first called Pro Steam to clean an area carpet. Michael was so professional and did an outstanding job. My area rug of over 10 years looked new again. A couple of months ago, I reached out to Michael again to steam clean the rugs in my Santa Rosa house. He was very responsive and professional, and I quickly had an appointment. I was so pleased with the results. In the past after I had my carpets cleaned, the old stains would eventually rise to the surface once more. This has not been the case with Michale and Pro Steam. My carpets are still as clean as when he left. Old stains have NOT risen to the surface. I am so happy with the results! I would definitely use Michael and Pro Steam again.

We had some very bad stains on our carpet caused by replacing the toilet in the master bedroom. Mike and his team did a fabulous job getting the stains out and cleaned the entire carpet in the master bedroom. They were professional and personable. I would highly recommend their services and will use their services again when needed. Excellent service and well worth the cost, which I thought was extremely reasonable.
