Scotty cleaned our chairs and our area rugs. The chairs were very stained and dirty. The carpets were bad because we have a puppy. They are perfect now and I would only trust Scotty. BTW. I told him the chairs were so bad so not to feel bad if they did not look good. Some people would slack off because of that but not him, it was a challenge and he blew us away. So happy!

Scotty was highly recommended by Vic of Tri-County Flooring. He is the best carpet cleaner I have ever used. Scotty's communication is clear, and professional. The day of our appointment he arrived as he said he would. The carpets were a mess- huge black spots of spilled liquid and food ( my Dad's caregivers were not careful). They vacuumed and then used a machine to bring to the surface of the carpet, stuff from the pad. Then the carpet was steamed clean. Floor fans started the drying process. Scotty and his helper paid attention and took their time covering the entire flooring. I was very impressed with their whole process. I highly recommend Scotty Steam Clean.

Hi, I used Scotty Steam clean to clean my grout in both 2 bathrooms and clean the kitchen stone & tile, seal and grout. He was timely communicated well and sent photos of his progress because I couldn't be there. He also cleaned 2 area rugs. It was pleasurable to work with him and I will certainly use him in the future and have already recommended him to another friend who has a rental nearby. Thanks!

Scotty & his team cleaned & polished our wood floors. They also cleaned & sealed (grout) the bathroom tile floors. What can I say, I hardly recognize the floors, they are so clean! Professional, hard working, efficient, on time, responsive...they did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend and will definitely use again in the future. I've been using Scotty Steam Clean for about 20 years and they keep getting better! They've always been fantastic, professional and great at what they do but today they are better than ever. Every inch of my sofa is sparkling clean now and I run a dog rescue in my home so it was a big job. I recommend Scotty to all of my friends and they are the only company I will use.

We had a great experience with Scotty Steam! They came out for a consult and ended up cleaning two large couches and our upholstered bed frame. They took away two large area rugs and delivered them back a week later, the area rugs (expensive wool rugs) looked brand new! The team was great to work with, our furniture is large and heavy and they managed it all beautifully. They are seasoned professionals and we highly recommend them!

James and his partner were on time and did a great job. Our carpets are old and we always have dogs. Big, hairy, water dogs. The carpets were in bad shape and had not been cleaned in years. They did a great job and I am very happy with their service. I highly recommend them. Their truck is massive and has all the power they need to suck the water out of the carpet.

Scotty’s Crew did an amazing job!! Very friendly! Came to give a quote, I was excited that they were able to do same day service after giving me the quote. The unmentioned cleaning job was my shower, tile and grout, night and day difference! Very pleased with the finished results! Great customer service!! Owner came to pick up my carpets the same day I called. It cost a little more than I was hoping for, but I love the clean and beautiful finished work! Worth it.

Scotty was extremely knowledgeable and setup appt the next day. James arrived on time and was friendly, professional and they did a great job cleaning sofas, rugs and dining room chairs. Did not rush the job to ensure it was done well.

Scotty cleaned my family’s 30+ year old carpets (including some shag carpets AND carpeting around 3 bathroom toilets!!😲) He was extremely professional & thoroughly explained his quote, which included steam cleaning the tile/grout kitchen floor.
His method and products especially worked wonders on the exposed areas where the washer, dryer, & refrigerator were removed, exposing 40+ year dirt and grime! He effectively cleaned those areas to our satisfaction!
Our carpets turned out terrific!
And lastly, to our wonderment, he even cleaned our 50 year old garage carpet!

Getting an appointment with Scottys was easy. I believe it was next day service. The men were pleasant enough. The one explained the chemicals he would use and their purpose.
Later when I moved the chair into better light, I wondered if they vacuumed the chair before using the chemicals and the steam. There was still cay hair all over the chair. For $250, I'm not sure if I should have expected the whole chair to be cleaned, however, the bottom was covered in cat hair. Also, one if the men said they could cut away the thread pulls effected by the cat. The chair still needs a good " hair cut" to smooth out the roughened places. I might have considered Scott's to clean my carpets once the furniture is removed...but I am having second thoughts about this now...

Great experience. Called for inquiry and received a same day site visit and quote. Our quote was very reasonable and included general carpet cleaning and window cleaning. Communication was great, service was excellent. Very happy with the outcome.
