Constraction reviews in Arvada, Colorado

Nathan and his crew installed a new back deck for me. We needed something small to replace the old deck. Colorado Building and Construction did a good job. Great communication. I would recommend them for sure!

CBC recently remodeled our hall bath and we love it! They came highly recommended by a neighbor and they did not disappoint. The whole crew was great, Mike, Charlie and Nathan were all helpful, patient with indecisiveness and provided good feedback and communication. We also had some exterior siding that had weather damage and they took care of that as well. Looking forward to working with these guys again for our basement remodel!

I could not be happier and more excited to have the most beautiful deck in my backyard this summer. Nathan and his team at Colorado Building and Construction outdid themselves. Efficient, quick, and reliable. I would recommend him 100x over! Thank you!

Nathan and Charlie helped us out of a very horrible situation when another contractor had basically bailed on our project halfway through. They got things rolling and completed the work in a few months. It is very difficult to come into a project halfway through but they were able to shift and accommidate when needed. The price was fair and the communication was generally pretty good throughout. The addition is gorgeous and we couldn't be happier with the finished product!

Nathan Reynolds at Colorado Building Construction did an outstanding job on my home remodel. His crew was on time, cleaned the space at the end of the day, and the workmanship was perfection.

I am so happy I had Nathan Reynolds with Colorado Building and Construction install my new porch. I love it. They did exactly what I asked for. I will definitely have them install my new deck next year.

I’ve not had as good of an experience as I did with Colorado Building and Construction. Nathan worked with us and was very flexible and attentive to any concern we had. They did framing, electrical, duct work, drywall and paint, and the flooring. Saved me contacting 5 different contractors. His workers were great and trustworthy. I felt that they were working for me because they wanted to, not just doing a job. Everything on time, passed all inspections to code. Very pleased and will use again along with a 5-star review!! Also, VERY reasonable in price compared with my other estimates. Thanks to Nathan and his crews!

Colorado Building and Construction remodeled our basement in our 65-year-old house in Denver. Their work and craftsmanship was absolutely top-notch. Everything was gutted out down to the concrete walls and floor, including old drains under the floor) and replaced with high-end cabinets, woodwork, framing, windows, plumbing (including new bathroom), electrical, structural repairs, and flooring, with many special custom features. Special shout-outs to Nathan who kept everything running smoothly, and to Charlie, master craftsman extraordinaire. We are loving this beautiful new space that was formerly unusable!

Nathan and his team went above and beyond working on my deck. Will definitely use them in the future for other projects!

Colorado Building and Construction was great to work with! I had wanted a new patio cover for years, and I finally decided to have one built. We got three different estimates, and ultimately chose to go with Nathan—and I’m so glad we did. My new patio cover is perfect. The whole process was smooth, and the results exceeded my expectations.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Nathan, Charlie and their crew for a major remodel of my home, and I couldn't be happier with the results!

The project involved a kitchen remodel, bathroom updates, changes to the dining/living area, new hardwood floors, and updates to the family room. Nathan took the time to listen to my ideas and provided valuable insights that truly transformed my vision into reality. Throughout the process Nathan was very open and honest, and communication was always clear and prompt, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free.

The team was punctual, respectful, and worked diligently. I was particularly impressed with the quality of craftsmanship, and every detail was executed beautifully. The final results are stunning and exceeded my expectations!

What really stood out was Nathan and Charlie's commitment to customer satisfaction. They ensured that I was involved and informed at every step, making adjustments as needed to ensure everything was just right.

I highly recommend Nathan and his crew to anyone looking for a reliable and talented general contractor. If you're considering a remodel, you won’t regret choosing them! Thank you for making my dream home a reality!

Colorado Building and Construction recently finished a complete tear out and remodel of my basement. The results are stunning and I'm very pleased with the results. The most important decision anyone makes on a remodeling project is choosing the right contractor. Finding a contractor that is up front with the costs and gives you what you want is of paramount importance. I shopped around and found a number of contractors who either had a set format of materials and designs thereby severely limiting my options on finishes and hardware. Or, they overbid for every little thing that wasn't the norm...and, I asked for a number of things out of the norm. The short list includes: A closet with a murphy door bookshelf, a bidet toilet, an over sized ceiling mounted rain-head shower and a kitchenette with a dishwasher. So, after two months of cold calling remodeling companies and suffering thru three disappointing bid sessions. My sister, tells me about a friend of hers that had a lot of work done and was very happy with her contractor, numbers and assurances of trust are exchanged and the call to Colorado Building and Construction was made. Along comes Nate Reynolds, instantly likable, he exudes trust and it is obvious that he listens to what you want. He takes my wish list and sends me a bid with everything I asked for included at fair price. I agree to the terms and sign away, then the work began. I grew more and more pleased as time went on. The speed and quality of the work was exceptional. Nates crew and subcontractors made short work of an immense project with a high standard of craftsmanship and attention to detail. The full gamut of skills and trades was utilized, plumbing, electrical, sheet rock, tile, flooring, counter-tops, woodworking and carpentry. They gave me everything on my wish list and a bit more. I'm glad I called them and will be drawing on their services again in the very near future. A special thanks to Charlie and Jordan they made it an enjoyable experience and they took care of all the little things. And, word to the wise...when in doubt...ask Charlie.

Nathan was amazing and patient throughout the whole decking process. He was great at helping us get the design, colors, etc. and timeline and had our deck built in no time.

Nathan & his crew exceeded expectations with their skillful construction of our complex deck project. The team meticulously handled every detail of the intricate design, incorporating our custom requests flawlessly. They completed the project on schedule, demonstrating remarkable efficiency and professionalism. The finished deck is a testament to their craftsmanship and dedication to quality. We highly recommend this company for any challenging deck building endeavor.

Nathan's deck-building skills are truly commendable, exceeding all expectations. The crew's meticulous attention to detail resulted in a precise and beautiful final product. The team's friendly and professional demeanor made the entire process enjoyable. The work area was kept remarkably clean throughout the project, reflecting their commitment to neatness. The project was completed on schedule, demonstrating their excellent time management.

You've heard NIGHTMARE stories about contractors. This is not one of them. We decided to remodel our entire main floor and reached out to CO Bldg & Construction for a bid. From the moment the owner walked into our home, we knew we were going to choose them. He had a vision for what our home *could* be, which is not always the case w/builders. Most will do what you ask them to, but to find someone with an eye for how to maximize the space and make changes you never even thought of is rare.
Our project included new flooring, new cabinets, electrical, new doors, carpentry, painting, the works. Nathan, the owner managed all of it. Schedules, permits, timelines, supplies, contingencies. We paid only as milestones were reached and agreed to.
Nathan's crew is second to none. They are skilled, trustworthy craftsmen who have been with him for years. Their work is high quality and they're just really nice guys.
We never could have completed such a large project without a skilled contractor so we recommend CO Building & Construction without reservation.

We have used Colorado Building and Construction to remodel a master bath shower and counter top. We are very happy with the outcome. Charlie and Tyler worked well together, being respectful of our home by prepping with paper on the floor, and cleaning up as they went from day to day. They have done work in a former house and they are the only company we think of to do remodels.

Nathan, Moises and Juan were great to work with. Deck was completed on time and it looks great. I would recommend Colorado Building Construction.

We hired Colorado Building and construction to build our new deck. Overall, the new deck has completely transformed my outdoor living area. It’s now a space I’m proud to show off and enjoy daily. I would highly recommend Nathan with Colorado building and construction for anyone considering a deck project reliable, skilled, and easy to work with!

Our new backyard deck is incredible! The craftsmanship is top-notch and we're so happy we went with CBC. Nathan and his wife are welcome on our back deck anytime.

We had an excellent experience with Nathan and his crew on our second-level deck project. Nathan was highly knowledgeable, reliable, and easy to communicate with. His crew were professional, friendly, hard-working, and not deterred with completing the work through cold and snow. We initially got five quotes, but decided to go with Nathan due to his flexibility and competitive bid. The completed decks look better than we imagined, and were built well enough that my father (general contractor for 45+ years who has also built decks) said it was some of the best craftsmanship he had seen. We have also gotten several compliments from the neighbors. I am grateful we chose this company and highly recommend them for any deck projects.
