I would definitely recommend Simply Floors to anyone in the metro area! They stock great products and have great customer service. I’d say the only reason I’m giving 4 instead of 5 stars is we had some mistakes with our installation process where the install team put the flooring down in the wrong direction and installed the wrong color risers on our stairs. This was a shock on install day, but Jesse and Tamila were 100% on top of it and then fixed the entire floor the very next day. It’s really a beautiful floor. On top of that, our general contractor damaged the floor a few times (not related to Simply Floors at all) and when Simply Floors was contacted for a repair they came out promptly and did a really awesome job. Both an art and a science to fix these floors and they have the skill!

Simply Floors made replacing my rugs easy. There turn around time was fast and installers showed up on time and took great care with installation. I would highly recommend

We had a very good experience with Simply Floors. We had the upstairs and the stairway recarpeted and are very happy with the results. Our Project Consultant (Kristin) was super helpful and patient as we worked through our selections. The whole team at Simply Floors was also very helpful. We will start phase 2 of the project after the holidays and we will definitely reach out to Simply Floors first.

We went with Simply Floors because they have one of the BEST selections of carpets and rugs, their professionalism, and excellent service! We needed a carpet runner for our wood stairs. Lilia walked us through the process and came over with samples we selected so we could see how it would look against our wood floors and carpet upstairs. It helped make it easier for us to choose. Their installer measured the runner to our specs, got the rug runner cut and bound, then installed. We're very happy with the result!! Thank You Simply Floors!

We used Simply Floors as part of our basement remodel with Elkstone, and they were fantastic to work with! Their team did an excellent job measuring and installing both our LVP and carpet. Simply Floors did an OUTSTANDING job from start to finish with our new wood floors.  Kristin was very knowledgeable about the flooring products and incredibly helpful in selection.  Flavio and Byron were extremely professional, detailed, and efficient with the installation.  I have worked with many contractors and Flavio is hands down one of the best I have worked with, and he truly is a craftsman who provides quality work and excellent customer service. I have used simply floors twice now (two different homes). I couldn't be happier with their customer service and professional. Both jobs were scheduled quickly and completed in less time than expected. Kristin Mayo my consultant helped me pick the perfect floors for my current home and Brazos installation team were friendly and hard working.

Kristin and the Simply floors team did an amazing job installing new carpet for our home! They came to our house with samples to give us a free estimate and had even more samples to check out at their store. Scheduling was very easy, and they were very flexible and let us change the date of installation after we found out other contractors had to come that day. Shoutout to Kristin who also reached out to the supplier and got us a discount after seeing our selection wasn't on the spring sale. We've had a great first two weeks with our carpet and hope for many more. Only feedback I leave for the team is that we wish it was easier to understand pricing in the showroom. It was hard to know what to look at and what was within our range or not. Thanks again, Kristin and team!

We had a great time working with Elizabeth Peacock of Simply Floors. They had a good selection of luxury vinyl samples to pick from and made the process easy. We also selected carpet for our stairs and they had exactly what I was looking for without me knowing exactly what I was looking for.This was not the cheapest route we could have gone. We could have gone to home depot and dealt with the headaches we've read reviews about. We paid a little bit more for high quality flooring and a seamless experience. Our floors look fantastic. Everything was on time. There was one mistake with a repair not being made with the install that was rectified immediately. I was picking up the phone to call them about it and they were already calling me to fix it. It was amazing customer service. The stair carpeting required quite a bit of custom cutting to match up the pattern but they made sure it was taken care of without question. We will absolutely work with Simply Floors (and Elizabeth!) once we're ready to re-carpet our other rooms.

Simply Floors Arvada were great! They helped with choosing lvp, were upfront with costs and expectations and the results are fantastic! They helped us with flooring on the entire main floor so my veteran father has a safe, one level floor. I am happy to recommend to others.

I purchased a home and was looking for a refresh, I wanted to bring my old 90s floor to the next century. I was looking for LVP for most of my main level and new carpet in the bedrooms. I interviewed/got quoted from multiple different companies and saw lots of samples. When Lilia came out to my house and did the free in-home consultation, I instantly felt like Simply Floors would be a good fit. Lilia provided me with great ideas and also was very upfront about how the process would work. I had some unique things to work around, especially with my staircase. Lilia was able to make suggestions and work around all these specifics. I have real hardwood that I didn't want to rip out but wanted to put the LVP right over, Simply Floors was the only company that said they could do this, everyone else wanted to pull it out. They also did new carpet in all my bedrooms and it is so soft and beautiful. I asked them to do brand new baseboard around the entire house and they were even able to do rooms that I didn't replace the floor in, which was amazing. Simply Floors had the quickest turn around time from all my other flooring options, and happened to be the least expensive option.

Connie was super helpful for scheduling and accommodating for trying to get this project in before my scheduled move date. When it came project day, the crew came out and got started, everything was going well, but towards the end of the week the crew told me they wouldn't likely finish on time. I had already scheduled movers for Saturday after the project was suppose to be done. I let Lilia know I was really hoping to have the floors finished and she took care of it immediately. Her and the owner worked with the crew for me to make sure they got everything done in time for my move. They went above and beyond to make sure this happened and I was very grateful. I will say the contract that you sign does state that there will likely be dings and damage after installation to walls, paint, and doors. This absolutely did occur. There are lots of places in my house that walls are banged up, my front door has scuffs/chucks out and there is even a place on my ceiling that now has missing paint. I was pretty surprised at this since I wouldn't have thought so much damage would occur, but it did. Just be aware of this because I thought it would be minimal but its pretty significant.

All in all everything looks great and I am happy with the outcome! The floors are beautiful and immediately gave my house a facelift.

I want to say a huge thank you to all seven of my Simply Floor installers who installed my new Proximity Mills waterproof LVP flooring in almost the entire house. They did an excellent job and very much deserve a 5-star rating for their hard work, craftsmanship, and professional quality.

I am also very thankful to the Simply Floors installation schedulers who were able to pull-off moving the installation start date up, after my paint crew finished their job way earlier than originally planned.

Simply Floor installers completed the scheduled 2-day installation in 1-day! This enabled us to get back to a more normal life much earlier than originally scheduled.

We recently had carpet and LVT installed, and the entire experience was fantastic! Kristen was helpful with picking out both carpeting and LVT that matched the rest of our home decor. Both the LVT and carpet teams were incredibly timely – showing up exactly when they said they would and completing the project as expected. The pricing was very reasonable, and the products were of high-quality. We are extremely satisfied and would happily recommend simply for us to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality flooring.

Our overall experience was good. We changed our basement carpet for LVP. Kristin was professional and had multiple sample options with her at the first appointment. We also visited the showroom, and the staff was friendly and provided guidance. The installers were on time, very respectful, and left everything clean and organized. I give it four stars because they should include the caulking of baseboards for the project's expense. It was not a surprise for me because the contract mentioned it.

Simply Floors was recommended to me by my realtor and I am so glad she did! Kimberly was able to meet me at my condo with samples so that I could see the quality and color of LPV flooring beforehand. She measured the area and provided me with a reasonable quote. I had a few weeks before closing and asked Kimberly to call me closer to my closing date. She did and we set up a day/time for installation. The installers were actually ON TIME and done within the day. They were polite and cordial and did a fabulous job! I am so very pleased with the whole process and I absolutely LOVE my new floors. Thank you Simply Floors!!!

We have now used Simply Floors twice, once while finishing our basement and then to change the upstairs. Our experiences with our salesperson (Kristin - really easy to work with and has great ideas), the owner and the installers has been good enough that I feel compelled to write a review. They are the only call we make when considering carpet changes.

We just had our downstairs floors replaced by Simply Floors and are incredibly happy with the results. Kristin was very professional and helpful advising us on our specific situation and what flooring would be best. We had many questions throughout the process which were easy to get answered. The installation process went really smoothly. Flavio and his crew were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and communicated really well throughout the process. They were very thorough and had great attention to detail. Even our plumber who came to finish the bathroom reinstall after the floors were done said, unprompted, how well our bathroom floors were installed and how careful and detail oriented the team had been. We are so happy with our lovely floors and will definitely recommend you to family and friends.
