Fantastic experience from start to finish! Everyone I interacted with at Simply Floors was helpful, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient throughout the process. Kristin stepped in after our original associate left, and she did a fantastic job confirming the details of our project, coordinating measurements, and making sure everything stayed on track. Although it took us longer than expected to get the house ready, we couldn't be happier with our purchase. The carpet installers verified the carpet before installing and did an amazing job-especially where the carpet meets our LVP flooring. The transition is so seamless that we didn't even need a transition piece! The quality is outstanding and I can't stop laying on the new carpet! I also love that Simply Floors is a women-owned business. We have another carpet project planned for fall, and without a doubt, we'll be coming back. Highly recommend!

Simply Floors did an exceptional job for my clients! They needed to match their stairs to the hardwood in the kitchen. The crew matched them exactly and the craftsmanship was excellent! Working with Kristin and her team was a great experience from start to finish. This was my first carpet purchase so having her walk me through all of my options and patience with helping me select the right choice was extremely helpful. This is my 2nd time using Simply Floors. Kylie was wonderful to work with and brought samples of LVP to the house. Her expertise and knowledge helped me make the right decision for my flooring. I was kept updated on all issues and install was performed on the date originally set. Flavio and Byron were professional and considerate during their install process. They moved furniture/appliances with great care and cleaned up everything when they were done. I truly love my new dining room and kitchen floor and highly recommend Simply Floors for all your home needs! (I am attaching a before picture and an after picture).

We had Sheffield finish our basement. David, Jason, and the rest of the team were incredibly professional, and led us through all the steps to be sure we were able to get the basement we wanted. They conducted a thorough prep of the basement to look for problems/issues before the work began to let us know of any hiccoughs that may arise. The app with the schedule and the daily updates with pictures were awesome. They stayed on time and on budget. We love our new basement!

Sheffield Homes finished our basement and absolutely did a beautiful job. They have a web site where you can ask questions, see your design choices, and look at the construction schedule. They were wonderful to work with, all the contractors were very respectful in this COVID19 era. They were on schedule and everything they finished exceeded our expectations. Our construction manager, Jason, was in close contact with us and ran a great crew. All of the trades were skilled. Sheffield Homes did an amazing job finishing our large ranch basement! It is now the desired area in our house to hang out, consisting of a bedroom/bathroom, large play area for our toddler, game room with ping pong and pool table, media room with a projector and theater seating and a wet bar. I couldn't be more happy with the results from Dave and the team at Sheffield homes.. They finished our basement and several other remodel projects. The basement included the removal of a hot water system, the installation of a tankless system, adding of a wet bar, and adding a bathroom. They provided outstanding customer service and workmanship. Not only did they keep the project on budget, they were able to manage suppliers and contractors in a way that ensured no delays even in this time where most builders experience worker and supply shortages. I would recommend Sheffield Homes to anyone who is looking for a home remodel contractor and wants to make sure it's done right the first time

We got our basement finished with Sheffield Homes and they did a great job. We worked with David, Tom and Jason and all of them were great.
David is super responsive and returns your call immediately. We had some issues with cabinet design selection and realized that it was not
as per our expectation and the vendor told us that it was too late to change the design but when we communicated this to David, he was on top of it and immediately pulled the order and asked the vendor to correct it. We really appreciate David for his commitment to go the extra mile.
The only thing that we think can be improved is time to complete the project. It took more time than we initially thought but at the end we are very happy with the workmanship and quality of the basement. Thanks David!!!

We chose Sheffield after reading many of the reviews here, and were definitely not disappointed! From the moment David helped us get started to Tony our Project Manager leading us through step by step everything was done professionally and on time. Hearing all the horror stories of projects gone wrong (especially during the pandemic) from people using other companies we were grateful for everything Sheffield did. And of course the basement is better than anything we could've imagined! Would highly recommend!

Sheffield Homes recently finished our basement and they did a very professional job. They published a day by day schedule so we could easily track what was next to be completed in the project. The deliverables of the project were all met on time and in some cases ahead of schedule. Our experience with the Sheffield employees was equally good. Our primary two contacts were extremely responsive, there was one mistake where the counter top finish selected was mixed up between the bathroom and wetbar area. They quickly addressed that issue and the counter tops we selected were re-installed shortly after the problem was discovered.It was easily to see that they stand behind their service and will address any issues quickly. We would highly recommend Sheffield Homes if you are consider finishing your basement.

After doing some research and checking other companies to finish our basement we decided to go with David Lewis at Sheffield Homes. We toured a basement that David did in our neighborhood and saw the quality of the work and also got feedback from the home owners. Start to finish David and his team were on time, clean in their work, always communicating with me during the process. This communication was very important because I travel during the week and couldn't be there throughout the process. Sheffield recently finished my basement. From start to finish, I felt that the company communicated with us very well and were easy to get in touch with when needed, as well as willing to work with us when aspects of our project needed to change. Felipe, our site manager, was wonderful about keeping us informed about what was going on and what if anything was needed from us. We were nervous about having construction done while we were living in the home, but it was a fairly painless experience and I love that our privacy was respected by all involved. The resulting basement is beautiful and we look forward to enjoying it for many years to come.

Sheffield Homes has turned our unfinished walk-out basement into a totally beautiful and functional space to hang out. The basement finish has included an open staircase to match the main level, bar and entertaining area with pool table, exercise area, large bedroom with full bath, additional half bath and workshop area for storage. Dave Lewis helped us come up with an excellent floor plan and was awesome to work with. Everything stayed on schedule and the workers were very respectful of my home. Dave is extremely responsive and was a pleasure to work with. Overall, this was a great experience from start to finish, and I would highly recommend Sheffield Homes for any home remodel project.

We used Sheffield to build our home and had a great experience. They were very detailed during the design process and then through the build. House was finished ahead of schedule and turned out beautifully. They have also been very helpful with little issues that have come up since we moved in. Would definitely build with Sheffield again.

After twenty some years leaving our walkout basement unfinished, we started looking for finishing options. We received bids from four other contractors and choose Sheffield Homes over the others because of their project plans, the timing of all the phases, and their long-term partnerships with their sub-contractors. It has been the best decision we could have made. As a professional in the construction trades for over 60 years, Danny found Jeff, our project manager, to be one of the most professional and knowledgeable that he has encountered. All the trade partners were professional and did an amazing job. Everyone who has visited our new basement has said “WOW!!” before pointing out what they like the best.

I'd give them 6 stars if I could. In my opinion, this is the best place you'll find to refinish your basement or anything else. The reasons I chose to go with Sheffield were the fair prices, timeline, model and Dave Lewis happily & promptly answering what seemed to be 100 questions on my end. Not many places give you that much attention. Dave and Felipe are the dream team, I can't say enough good things. They are both attentive, have integrity and actually care that you are getting the best product possible.

Given that the market is crazy right now, Sheffield is still able to make their timelines and keep you posted every step of the way. It is a very collaborative process, but they handle everything. They also go above and beyond their call of duty. Felipe was here the other day and offered to help me move a couch that movers had left stuck in our stairwell. That is not the first favor he has done me.

After the process is over, Dave and Felipe are still available if I notice anything small that needs to be fixed and deal with it immediately. I highly recommend using these folks.

Sheffield Basement Finish was a great choice for finishing our basement, and they were very competitively priced. Not only were they great to work with, but the job was professionally done and finished early!
