I have used Granite Transformations in the past for my kitchen remodel at home. When it was time to remodel the kitchen at my office they were my top choice! Juliette helped me through the choices, Josh did the measuring and David & Devin installed the job. Melissa also helped made the job run smoothly the day of the install and with the paperwork. Everyone was was so helpful, knowledgeable and made the whole experience wonderful. My countertop and new sink are beautiful and a really nice upgrade to our office. I highly recommend Granite Transformations for your home and office!

I had used this company in the past and was satisfied; however my most recent experience has been a nightmare. After signing the contract in July, 2025, there were numerous errors, delays, re-orders, horrible lack of communication, promises not kept, incompetent installers, unnecessary damage, and the final project piece still not completed even as of March, 2026. I finally had to pay someone else to complete it. Warranty appears worthless.

The initial install went well. After 3 years side pieces started to fall off. We applied for the warranty and was told under the 5 year warranty "poor installation" is not covered under the warranty. So how that reads to me, no matter what happens they can blame it on "poor installation". They sent no one out to look at the issue. For good customer service and to back their installation you think they could have sent someone out to take 30 min to fix. I would never do business with them again.

We initially installed our kitchen and bathroom counters in 2018. When we purchased the countertops we were told how durable the product is and you could basically drop a sledge hammer on them and they would not crack. That was untrue as we found out. Since then we have had multiple chips repaired for a cost of $150 per visit and they repaired all of the chips. When I called today, 6/17/2025 for a service call to repair more chips, I was told by the new franchise owner that it would cost $150 plus $25 per chip. The new owner is not honoring the original repair costs. If that's the way this owner operates PLUS the fact that our product has not help up, I would not recommend using granite transformations.

I called Apex plumbing for a second opinion for a sewer line replacement. They confirmed it was needed, but their bid was a fraction of what the first company offered and they were able to start the work much more quickly. Once work started, they found the damage went much further than anticipated because of cracks in the clay pipe underneath our foundation (that was missed by both companies during sewer scoping). 'Pepito' and his crew had to jackhammer out our foundation to do proper repairs, but they did everything they possibly could to minimize the cost/ damage/ mess, even though it made the job more difficult for them. Despite the unfortunate situation, I would highly recommend Apex plumbing and I will consider them for any future work.

I was the listing agent on a real estate transaction recently where the sewer line needed to be replaced. Apex had the best price, by far! Thousands less than the competition! The service was exceptional and all parties sat at the closing table together happy. Apex will always be top-of-mind when a client needs a new sewer line. Thanks again Apex!

I had an Apex employee at my front door within 24 hours of calling. The good service began with Rachel who asked me many questions in order to figure out what type of problem I had. Juan was the plumber who roto-rootered our sewer pipe. When the machine was not able to cut through tree roots, Juan located another one that really did the job. Truly, wonderful service. Above and beyond. Honest and capable employees. A company I'd use again and would highly recommend to anyone!

Other companies tried to get my business by talking bad about Apex, nothing could've been farther from the truth. I had a very positive experience with everyone there. The job was permitted and inspected and finished in one day, the cost was reasonable too. Considering all the trouble I've had with sewer lines lately, I was glad to find Apex plumbing.

Apex replaced sewer from our house to city connection. They were prompt and professional and we have not had any issues with the new line. I had a few issues worth mentioning: 1 they misjudged being able to avoid the sidewalk, so I had to pay an additional $500 to replace the concrete (negotiated down from $800). 2. they didn't have enough fill after the job, so there is a hole at the edge of the lawn i will have to fill. 3. They took an extra day and worked well past dark on 2 of the days (noise issue). Otherwise a good experience. 13.5k in total.

Everything be at Apex is top notch and professional: from Lyric to Gayle, in the office, to the crews who replaced our mainline. Everyone was prompt and courteous. The work was done on time and explained very well. We are so grateful we were referred to Apex.

As an Insurance Agent, I know sewer lines aren't usually covered by Homeowners Insurance which makes choosing a contractor very stressful.
My experience with Apex was very good and would use them again without reservation.
Their prices were very competitive, the crew was knowledgeable and considerate.
I really appreciated thier positive "make it happen" attitude which helped with this type of project.

Apex was quick to respond to my questions and very reasonably priced. My main line replacement was not an emergency. I was able to do research and get several quotes. A couple of them came in at almost double the quote I received from Apex. The crew that did the work and everyone in the office were good to work with.

I'm not sure what's with the negative reviews. I do fix and flips and had Apex repair our sewer after getting rave reviews from multiple Realtors and other flippers. We needed the repair done quickly and cost was a big concern because this was unexpected expense. Apex had the best estimate and offered services the other companies didn't offer. The work was completed quickly and passed the city's inspection with flying colors. Apex restores the landscape as well, which wasn't offered by the other companies we contacted. Best of all the work came with a 5 year transferrable warranty.

APEX performed a thorough scope of the entire sewer line and recommended replacement with the trenchless bursting method. A different company previously told me they would have to trench the entire 60 foot line, 10 feet deep which would have destroyed my landscaping. I am very glad a got the second opinion from APEX and hired APEX to do the work. APEX did a great job. Very happy.

Apex was the second plumber we had come out to give us a quote for replacing our main drain out to the sewer line. It involved hand-digging a 50 foot or so trench and working with the city to get a variance to pipe burst the last 20 feet to save two large, old trees. They did everything, they were responsive and meticulous, and they were 1/3 the cost of the first estimate. HIGHLY recommend APEX.

We had to have a section of the sewer pipe replaced in our front yard and Apex did a great job! They were on time, friendly and professional! I especially appreciated how they put down plywood to keep the rest if the grass protected. When they were done you could hardly tell that the yard had been dug up!

I am selling my home, and the buyers had a sewer line inspection as part of their buying process. The report noted a crack in the line, and roots growing into the pipe.

The Apex crew excavated and replaced about 20 feet of outdoor sewer line and a similar amount inside my house all in one day. The work appeared to be of high quality and all at a very reasonable price.

Apex Plumbing repaired a damaged sewer line at our home recently and did a fantastic job. They made the repairs quickly and professionally. Once they left our property we were unable to tell where they had been digging (and they dug a twelve foot deep hole!).
