They provided thoughtful assessments and spend the time necessary to put a plan together to save the integrity of our tree when others wanted to remove a huge section. The team did a great job trimming our 2 big maple trees, they made sure all the dead branches were removed and basically balanced out the growth where needed. They were prompt and cleaned up everything when they finished. This is one superb company that nobody should hesitate to hire. I highly recommend them.

Chad and his team are awesome. Chad showed up on time for the consult and walked me through what was going on with our sad silver maple tree. It hadn't been pruned in years, and it was previously done quite poorly. He proposed we trim the tree in stages so as not to shock it terribly. He and his team were able to schedule us quickly and they did a great job. He also made some other recommendations for how to help the tree. I swear, the tree looks so much happier. Great experience and Chad was awesome to work with! We had a few trees on our property trimmed, including a large Cottonwood and some aspens. Quick turnaround for a spruce tree removal that had died due to Ips beetle infestation. Cleaned and hauled off branches and left trunk for firewood for a reasonable price and did a great job cleaning the site afterward and communicating.

Chad and his team came out and took care of two, massive 30-40 year old trees that had never been taken care of. From the quote process to the service, everything was excellent.

Chad was friendly, knowledgeable, responsive, professional and efficient. He was out the next day for a quote, on time, reasonably priced and with good availability to get to our house within three weeks time. He took the time to answer all of my questions and get me comfortable with the process. He clearly knew what he was doing.

Through the time between quote and trimming day, Chad had excellent communication for the scheduling and working with me to get payment methods squared away. The day of, his team was on time and incredibly friendly and professional. They were very sweet to tolerate my dog who escaped to the back yard with them and slowed down their work day.

I don’t often leave reviews but Chad and team did such a good job with the pruning project we hired them to complete, I felt compelled to write one. We had another company come out who did not do well and left us with very messy poorly cut trees that were breaking within a year or two. Having that experience, I can better appreciate and recognize the skill and knowledge Chad and team have in what they do. Not only were they knowledgeable of the proper cutting techniques, they also thoroughly understood and customized their approach considering the impacts of the neighboring trees. The project planning and communication was also very flexible and stress free.

This is the second time I’ve hired Elaborate Tree Tender, the first time for a stump grind others said they couldn’t do with the nearby obstacles. Chad came and executed without a problem. This time they pruned our ash and maple and I now truly have no concerns about the state of our trees and branches falling with snow and wind for the first time in years.

Chad and his crew, though faced with extremely high winds, put their all into a difficult task that would've been a challenge without the harsh weather conditions. My trees look so much better and the five man crew went above and beyond with the cleanup after trimming a massive silver maple and Hackberry. Chad, much respect to you. Chad owns this business and he is working hard to provide the best tree trimming services at a fair price. Please remember that these guys carry chainsaws up into trees and risk their own life, so yes this comes with a price tag. After meeting with 7 different tree trimming services I ended up using Elaborate Tree Tender. Boy am I glad I did.
Chad showed up for our initial consult and I knew that he was into trees within 5 minutes. He was so thorough at explaining his plan for trimming our 3 enormous trees. Then he continued to walk around the property and notice things I hadn't even noticed, which thanks to Chad were dealt with before they became a problem.
He also recommended someone who could come inject our ash trees that are infested with beetles.
5 stars for their professionalism, communication, fair pricing and a job really well done. I didn't even clean up one single thing. They took all the tree stumps, branches and their own trash! I recently contacted Elaborate Tree Tender to come and look at our trees for some tree trimming. Chad was quick to respond, prompt for our appointment and very thorough. Our bid came quickly and we decided to move forward with two of the five trees we’ll need work on. The team who came to our house the day the work was to be done was very polite, safety orientated and quick to get to work. Chad was patient with the neighbors as they had some concerns, and ultimately was able to get into their yard to make sure the job was done right. By the time the guys were done, you couldn’t even tell they had done the amount of trimming they had done as their clean up was pretty amazing. Chad walked the property with us at the end to point everything out and answer any questions we had. We were shocked to see what a properly trimmed tree looked like, vs. one that just gets the dead stuff cut out. We’re excited to have the crew back once weather permits to finish the last three trees. Thanks for the above and beyond service!

A large branch broke off one of my trees, onto the sidewalk. Chad came out on short notice, gave me a thorough evaluation and very reasonable quote. He was able take the tree down the next day, and trim another tree that has branches resting on my roof and some wires. Chad was super friendly, professional, prompt, and thorough. I'll definitely be calling him whenever I need more work done!

Chad and his team did an excellent job removing one of the cottonwood trees in our backyard and trimming an adjacent one. He scheduled a free evaluation with us and provided a thorough analysis of the health of our backyard trees. The tree we had removed was in a tricky location, made even more challenging by the lingering remnants of this past weekend's large snowfall. Chad and his team removed the tree relatively quickly and disposed neatly of all debris and trimmings. They were very professional, and I would not hesitate to recommend their services to others looking for tree maintenance or removal.

The first time we called Elaborate Tree Tender was when one of our older Aspen trees fell. Not only did Chad remove it, he checked our other aspens to make sure they were safe. Now whenever our trees need attention, we call Chad at Elaborate Tree Tender.

Chad and his crew showed up on time and did a great job. Chad carefully checks the branches and takes the time to prune the trees so they look really good when he is done. Not only do I feel the trees are attractive, I know that Chad is thinking about each cut and what is best to keep the trees healthy. When the crew is done cutting, they clean up every little branch and twig. The yard and the areas under the trees are always left very clean. Elaborate Tree Tender has definitely earned its 5 star rating. Chad and his crew just trimmed our maple tree that had been poorly trimmed in the past creating lots of secondary growth. They totally cleaned it up! It was overgrown (limbs nearly touching the ground in the summer) with longer limbs on two sides that get less sun and several broken limbs. It now looks healthy and symmetrical. I can't wait to see it fully leafed out. I would not hesitate to recommend Elaborate Tree Tender to anyone and I will be using them again.
