Chad and his team at Elaborate Tree are the best tree crew we have ever hired. The are 100% professional, safe, thorough and clearly experts at what they do. It is obvious they take great pride in their work. I highly recommend their services.

What a nice guy! We had Chad trim and prune most of the trees on our property. He did a fantastic job! Chad is an arborist who really knows his stuff. He has a very good eye for shaping, is very professional and punctual. The pricing is excellent and so is the communication he provides. We have had several disappointing tree companies over the years, so it was really great to find this company.

Chad and his crew did an outstanding job with our tree pruning. We appreciate Chad's honesty and professionalism. His rates are very fair and they show up right on time. Chad also took the time to give us advise on what we can do ourselves to maintain some of our smaller trees and shrubs.. We highly recommend this company and we just contacted Chad again to do some more pruning for us.

Chad and his team did a great job trimming a tree in front of my house. He addressed all of the areas I mentioned during the walkthrough, and the tree looks great. His pricing was competitive and I felt as though he was the most thorough estimate I received. His knowledge and care for the health of the tree was apparent, and he took the time to explain where each cut was made and why. On the day of the trim, his crew was prompt, efficient, and left the yard spotless. I would recommend Chad to anyone in the area looking for a tree trimming service.

We chose Elaborate Tree Tender based on all the positive reviews and we could not have been happier with the outcome! Chad came over to provide an estimate, which was competitive to other service providers in Arvada. What stood out however with Chad's service was the professionalism, expertise and overall transparency in which he explained the service and fees. Immediately we trusted Chad and chose to use them for tree trimming. There was a windstorm and a few of the limbs broke before scheduling service however, Chad responded immediately, and they were able to take incredible care of us before our next snowstorm (you have to love Colorado weather). Everything was cleaned up and we were left with a gorgeous tree. We were sincerely grateful for the responsiveness and incredible job Chad and the team provided. We cannot recommend Elaborate Tree Tender enough, we will never look elsewhere, thank you so much!

Chad did an amazing job removing some juniper bushes from the front entry of our house! He hauled the slash away and left the area clean when he was done!

Really happy with this outfit. I reached out to them to trim a small section of a large tree in the backyard. Chad came out to take a look and gave me a very reasonable price on the spot. Once I agreed to the deal, he set up a day and time to do the work. His team came out and did an incredible job and the results were much better than I expected. Highly recommend....

Chad and his team with Elaborate were amazing! They came promptly at the agreed upon time and worked quickly making our trees beautiful! Our yard is more open and the trees now have an opportunity to stay healthy and grow! We were very impressed with the before and after look of our yard. They cleaned up after and left no trace! From the estimate process to final product...they're your company. We can't recommend them enough!

Chad and his team were excellent collaborators from start to finish. Chad arrived on time for the estimate, and on the job day, the crew showed up within the window provided to me a few days prior. They expertly removed a tall dead Aspen in my backyard without causing any damage to the surrounding trees and bushes. Every part of the dead tree was meticulously cleared from my yard. While trimming the Pine Tree in the front yard, I worked closely with them, and they valued my input on which branches to cut or keep. Together, we achieved a beautifully shaped Pine Tree. The cost for all services was very reasonable. I highly recommend hiring Elaborate Tree Tender company for your next project.

Needing to have our 25 year old Ash tree thinned and trimmed and having received a couple of
other estimates I saw Elaborate Tree Tender’s very sharp truck drive through the neighborhood.
I called their number and got an immediate call back from Chad and a few minutes later he stopped by the house to look at our tree.
Right away I could tell that Chad was very knowledgeable and conducting his business in a very professional manner.
He said he could have the work done within the next 2 weeks, whereas the other Tree companies couldn’t schedule our job for several months.
Chad was quick to follow up with a firm time and date and always prompt in keeping me updated.
The work was completed in a very efficient manner, as scheduled, and we are very pleased with the results.
As a small business owner myself I really appreciate Chad’s goal to provide a quality, professional service to his customers.

While I was impressed by their ability to clear a massive tree from our relatively small backyard, I was most impressed with their meticulous attention to detail in maintaining the entire area. Not a single item was damaged or disturbed during their work, and they even went above and beyond by returning everything to its original position, including lawn chairs and tables, that we had moved out of the way before they arrived. Thank you so much! Highly recommend.

Great experience from all aspects. I went with Chad and his team from the positive reviews and they were spot on. I had Chad out in August of last year to look at a crab apple and a maple tree that were growing into a neighbors property. He was on time with the appointment, quick to respond with a quote, and provided extra information on how to keep my trees healthy. He advised us to wait until winter to do the trimming to not damage the trees. Winter came around and he reached out right as expected. As usual life happens and other unexpected expenses came about and he was very patient with me taking a while to get back to him to decide.
Fast forward to this last weekend, Chad and his team did an amazing job getting our trees looking great and on their way to being healthy again. The entire team was efficient and left our yard looking great.

I recommend Chad and his team for sure!

On a side note, I expected to hear chain saws and a loud chipper the entire time like I have seen/heard other companies around. NOT the case with Chad and his team. They only ran the equipment when absolutely necessary and as little as possible. I am sure my neighbors who have little kids possibly napping appreciated it.

If we could give them 20 stars we would. Chad and his team did a phenomenal job trimming dead limbs from a larger tree in our yard, and removing another tree. His communication was 10/10 and the entire team thoroughly cleaned our yard! They were fairly priced and our job was completed quickly. Would highly recommend them to anyone!

From initial contact to job completion Chad Nix and his crew were extremely professional in every way. Chad's free estimate very detailed and easy to understand. The work itself was impeccable; the trees have never looked better. In addition, Chad is a nice person and was a pleasure to work with. Also, when the crew left our property, the yard was cleaner than when they got there. Expert service. I could not have asked for more.

Chad responded quickly to my request for an estimate and was able to schedule the tree trim within a week at a reasonable price. He is a great communicator and very knowledgeable about trees.

We've had Chad out for a couple of estimates before but it never worked out for us to move forward on our projects. We finally had a chance to work with him on removing a very large pine tree in our front yard, and his crew did an outstanding job. The level of clean up after was beyond what we were expecting (and probably what our neighbors were expecting as well!).

Chad is super communicative and responsive, and we will definitely be calling again for tree work in the future.

I had Chad cut down an aspen that was very close to a large window on the house as well as a fence. I was concerned about possible damage to the window. However, Chad and his partner did a great job and left no damage whatsoever to the yard, fence, and most importantly the window. Everything from the initial quote to the removal of the tree and cleanup was done very professionally!

I wanted to remove a 40’ tree from our backyard and called around for quotes. Elaborate Tree Tender was in the middle of the quotes received so I would say the price was very fair.
However, after Chad and team came out and removed the tree and cleaned up the area I was very pleased with the quality of his work. They came back later to remove the stump and other than the lack of grass in that area (now seeded) there is no trace they even came out!
Outstanding work and a very friendly and professional attitude. I will recommend them without hesitation.

Chad did a great job shaping and trimming up our spruce tree, which was hanging too low over a sidewalk according to city code, creating a safety hazard and pedestrian inconvenience. We will use Elaborate Tree Tender again and will refer neighbors to Chad. We've had tree work done in three states over the last 42 years and Chad is the best!
