Said they'd come estimate within two weeks, but wouldn't allow appointments, so they could just stop by at any time which is unprofessional. Also, 3 weeks later, they never showed up or provided an estimate.

Can't say if they do good work. Never got an estimate. Kept saying they would come out in the next day or two and would never show up, despite multiple phone calls asking when they would be coming out.

Prompt in their response to our needs. Called on Friday and had someone here to assess our situation by Tuesday. Got a reasonable estimate and timeframe for work. Also provided an education on my trees which was awesome. I’ll update as needed once we get service!

Watch out for these guys at the gas station on Ward road. Saw one guy in a white Ford honking his horn at someone else trying to leave. Your guys completely block the entire gas station. If I needed tree service done it wouldn’t be from you.

We used them in April to remove a tree. They were great. When the snow hit in May, we called them back. I have since called 5 times, every time the ladies that answer are sweet. They say they will pass my message on and I have yet to hear from anyone. Very disappointed.

I had an interaction with 3 employees or owners of this place on July 3rd. It was after hours about 1030 at night. My friends and I were lost and pulled into their parking lot to turn around. The employees shot fireworks at my vehicle. They then proceeded to run out of the business and attack us verbally. It was more than obvious that they had been drinking and they are in their 20's. Soon a physical fight began. They attacked me, a 62 year old man and a woman who was with us. Luckily they didn't go after the 13 year old boy. We were lucky enough to have a former US Army vet in his 20's with us as well. The police were called while the drunk chickens flew the coop. Eventually the police caught up with them but no arrests were made. If these thugs are representing this company then they should be shut down.

Glenn and Paul did a fantastic job taking care of our very large old ash trees that were overdue for trimming. They were professional, friendly and didn't leave a trace of debris behind. Overall great service!

This company was hired by our HOA to prune our trees. They absolutely destroyed many of them in our part of the neighborhood before the HOA put a stop to their work. I asked their “arborist” to only cut the lowest branches off our pine tree and he proceeded to literally cut off half the tree from the base to the top. It’s absolutely ruined. Before they arrived the tree was in fantastic shape and just needed undergrowth cut out and a few branches pruned back from the house. My neighbor spoke with them after they ruined the old pine and they said “sorry, it’ll grow back”. Apparently they don’t know how pine trees work (from a tree care company) because those large branches will not grow back. The 17 year old tree in front of our house that we really enjoyed was absolutely butchered by this company. I hope they are refunding our HOA the money we paid them and I will be speaking with our representative about compensation for the destruction of my property. Bottom line: do not hire them unless you hate your trees and want them cut to shreds.

I had high hopes for them, but my experience missed the mark. At least two times as expensive as another company's quote, never saw or talked to the human doing the eatimate to trim and treat my ash. They just left an etimate at the door. I Thought i was getting and emerald ash borer protective spray, but apparantly that's not even a thing. Maybe it was a lilac borer spray. Either way it was twice as much as this other company and I dont even have proof they did it other than a receipt. Nice folks over the phone, though!

I would like to relate how happy I am with my experience with Rocky Mountain Tree Care. The company returned my calls, came promptly to the job site to give me a bid, and did a great job of planting a beautiful product ( Blue Spruce ). The crew that arrived were incredibly helpful, accommodating, and professional. I highly recommend this company.

Overall I was pretty happy with Rocky Mountain Tree Care until last spraying season. The worst possible thing happened when they came to spray my tree for emerald ash borer. I wasn't home at the time they sprayed. When I turned onto my street after work, I saw a milky white chemical running along the curb and down the drain. The white streak stretched hundreds of feet down the block. I couldn't believe the amount of chemical that had been spilled! At first thought I wanted to call the city or EPA to report this massive spill into the environment. My neighbors were also quite upset. Of course I called and complained about it but never got an explanation of how that could have happened. Buyer beware with these careless arborists. At least make sure you are home when they come so you can keep an eye on these unfriendly chemicals.

These guys are destructive when on site. I live in a condominium and they were throwing branches off the building on to trash cans owned by the residents, shattering the trash can lids. When confronted about the situation the guy said “OH do I owe you a trash can?”

Then proceeds to not take any of my info or do the right thing about the situation and replace what was broken.

They moved the trash cans after me bringing it up. But to be that unaware of people’s property is unprofessional and bad customer service.

Watch out with them on site.

Called on Tuesday asking for a quote. They called back on Wednesday and said they need to come to my house to inspect the tree and area before they can give me a quote. The next day Thursday as the man walks up and before he looks at anything he said the minimum is $500 and it goes up from there. If anyone would have told me that from the start that would have been help full but they made me wait 2 days and I had to be home for someone to walk up and tell me something they could have days before over the phone. I did not use them and would not recommend them.

Lost a major limb from a hackberry tree due to heavy wet snow. Was advised to get the exposed core wood treated immediately or I might lose the tree to infection. Called Rocky Mountain to request service and indicated it was urgent as referenced above. One week later--no response, so I called again. I was promised that someone would respond shortly. Again, after several days, no response. Rinse and repeat, still no response. It's now been more than two weeks and--nothing! I'm calling Jones Tree Service in the morning.

Had a giant pine tree cut down and 2 more trees trimmed by them. They were awesome and so nice. They even cleaned up the yards after and they looked better than when they arrived. We will 100% be recommending them to everyone. The trees that were trimmed look amazing. Also super happy to have the giant pine tree gone. Keep up the good work guys.

Today we had our overgrown lilac bushes trimmed. The three young man who completed this work were beyond amazing. They worked well together, completed work in record time, and made sure our place was left spotless, both front and back side walks. Thank you so much for your help and professionalism. We hope to see you again next time we need something completed. I HIGHLY recommend them!

Employees tried to run me and my family off the road. The are dangerous and reckless driving in your company trucks. I would not recommend this company if this is how your employees treat other drivers.

I've had my trees worked on with this company for many years and I'm always impressed at their work quality, professionalism, and courteousness. I vary highly recommend these guys for any tree services

These two young men were the most professional, courteous and respectful men I have met in a very long time. They showed up at my house to prune my maple tree on time and with a seriousness of purpose and "Can do attitude" that is unsurpassed. I feel very privileged to have met them.

Rocky Mountain Tree Care came out and crushed the job! I acquired their help to trim a large pine tree I had in our front yard that was overhanging the front of our roof, as well as a large maple tree that was overhanging our roof in the backyard. Rocky Mountain Tree Care got me in their schedule quickly, showed up right on time, and were very reasonably priced! Not only did they do a great job with the trees, but they continually checked in to make sure that the trees were looking exactly the way I wanted them to, and made sure everything was clean and tidy when they left! I have nothing but great things to say about Rocky Mountain Tree Care and would recommend them to anyone looking to have high quality, professional tree work done, all at a very reasonable price!
