I was incredibly lucky to stumble across Elaborate Tree Tender in my neighborhood. Reasonable prices even though they accommodated my schedule and did the work on a Saturday. They left the entire area substantially cleaner than when they arrived. Additionally, there was a significant attention to detail. (photos are after-trimming.) I will certainly use their services in the future.

Chad and his team did and amazing job trimming and thinning our trees! We have a massive ash, silver maple and elm. Our trees are super important to our property. Honeslty could not be happier. The professionalism of Chad and his team were notch. The trimming job they did on are trees is truly a work of art. Much thanks to Chad and his team and I would not hesitate to use them again. We said goodbye to our large maple with a heavy heart, but Chad and his team made the process as smooth and professional as possible. The tree was right next to a fence, it had branches less than 1ft from our roof and 2ft from our neighbors roof. The sheer size of the tree meant we needed the best.

Chad's team was so efficient. They dismantled the massive maple piece by piece, leaving our yard and even our neighbors' yards cleaner than they were before!

Working with Chad was a seamless experience - start to finish. The process of receiving a quote was much more thorough than other companies - Chad really took his time with examining each tree and area of our yard. The customer service aspect he brings to his work made a big impression on us, and we had decided to go with Elaborate Tree Tender even if they were a few hundred dollars higher than other "big box" arborists. Happily, the quote was competitive (nearly equal!) and we were glad to give Chad our business. On the day of the trimming his team arrived promptly, did a beautiful job on the trees, and left our property clean and tidy. Chad even went back up in a tree when I pointed out a funky area during final inspection. We had a really big windstorm a couple days after the trees were trimmed, and we're convinced that the reason our lovely Linden tree remains looking so unscathed is due to the great job the arborists did. We would recommend Chad and his team without hesitation.

We have used Elaborate Tree twice now, most recently when a 30' Blue Spruce was uprooted and fell into our deck. Chad and his team executed an extremely technical removal to perfection with no further property damage! These guys are professional, prompt, courteous, and masterful in their trade!

Chad came out and provided a very reasonable estimate on two of our trees. He was very detail oriented as he walked us through exactly what work he was planning to do as well as providing us with helpful owner tips on tree maintenance.

Chad and his crew arrived on the day scheduled and immediately went to work and did a great job on our white ash tree. It looks amazing. They cleaned up as if nobody had been there.

Chad was excellent. His pricing was fair, highly competitive, and the work was done quickly. If we had more trees, we would call him to take care of them in whatever way was needed. The tree he removed for us was diseased, unfortunately, but he and his crew did an amazing job. He was friendly and straightforward with pricing. I have recommended him to all of my friends and would recommend him to you if you're reading this, too!

We needed a few larger trees trimmed at our house and we wanted to hire an owner/operator. Chad, the owner, came out to give us an estimate. He showed up exactly when he said he would, gave us a nice and thorough explanation of what he thought the trees needed, and provided us with a detailed and fair written estimate the next day. What I took from that conversation is that he really love trees! Which I think is important for this line of work.

On tree trim day, Chad, again, showed up exactly when he said he would, took care to set up a safety zone on the street, and got to work trimming. Everything ran smoothly and there were no surprises. We were very impressed and would certainly hire him again and recommend him to friends and family.

I needed a 35 ft flowering pear tree in my backyard that was causing problems with pipes along my fence line removed. Chad gave great advice and a very competitive and fair bid.
He and his crew came and felled the tree without damaging anything in my yard. They moved quickly to clear the tree and clean my yard thoroughly as the work progressed.
