I have used several carpet cleaners over the years as a pet owner, and never until Bear Steam Cleaning found a company that's so efficient and good at the actual job of cleaning up stains and leaving the carpet look brand new, every time... while ALSO having an affordable price point. Here's a room that was a complete stain mess prior, and the carpet is probably 15 years old, but look at what they just did to this room - it looks AMAZING!

Chris, the technician, did a fantastic job! I have 3 dogs but when Chris was done the were no offensive odors and there were no stains! The price was very reasonable and Bear will be my new go to carpet cleaning company!

Had one of the best they had come in by the name of Robert W I was a mess crying he went above and beyond. Came on Sat & (Sun) which they are closed. He made me feel very comfortable as he worked hard to fix the issue with my carpet and even went above and beyond cleaning the tubs, & toilets. Awesome guy five stars def

We had a very sick dog that we thought had likely ruined our carpet but BearSteam came and rescued us and our carpet looks beautiful as though nothing had happened. They did a first class clean up job.

I have an 11 year old daughter with Autism who was urinating on the carpet and they came in, were empathetic and did fantastic. She had blue tye dye ink all over and thought there was no hope. They were fabulous and got every single stain out. We bought a house and will be moving soon so so will have them back to do more rooms and a couple carpet patches. Grateful and happy thank you! Very quick and expeditious as well. )
