Restoration Contractors did an outstanding job on remodeling our condo after a flood. Their work was first-rate in every regard, and timely, and they were extremely easy to work with. We would definitely work with them again. I just referred them to my daughter who was looking for some home improvement work, and she loved them too!

Harry worked tirelessly for 6 months to get my insurance company to perform a second roof review due to hail damage. After finally securing a second viewing with video and still shots from Harry, my roof was approved for replacement. The company was excellent during the replacement. They were fast, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They completed their task in a timely manner and completely cleaned up the site when finished. I am very happy with the results and would definitely recommend Restoration Contractors for any project needed.

In Oct 2023, I had a pipe to burst in my finished basement. I worked with David C specifically. He was fantastic to work with! Why? He has a calm communication style. He set clear expectations and kept me informed in every step of the process. He was fantastic at communicating with my insurance company and his experience shined! He believes in quality and it shows in his attention to detail. I would highly recommend and should I need his expertise again, he is the first person I would call!

Our basement was fixed better than new by this company after we had water damage from a failed sump pump. David and his team were wonderful !

David and his team were beyond exceptional in their service and communication during a very stressful time as a result of a burst pipe that caused damage in our home. He kept me informed when the project would start and finish. I had the pleasure of having Sebastian and Pedro working on my project. Wonderful young men with great work skills and manners! They made eye contact when speaking with me and shook my hand, wow, very impressed.

After dealing with a very frustrating experience with a previous company, this restoration team was an absolute relief. They redid everything — walls, carpet, baseboards, painting, and the ceiling — after water damage, and they did it right. Not only was the quality of work excellent, but they completed the job in about one-tenth of the time it took the prior company. Every person I interacted with was professional, kind, and respectful, which made a stressful situation so much easier. I’m incredibly grateful for such a positive, seamless experience after a negative one, and I would absolutely use them again.

David Chastain was amazing to work with. He was a great comunicator, knowledgeable. As someone who has never gone through a restoration he made sure I was good through the entire process.
