I had a sewage backup in my basement. I found Bear Restoration and reached out to Jeremy B. He walked me through step by step on how the process would go. He was helpful in giving the information I needed during this very challenging and difficult time. He was always available to explain things to me. The workers completed the work when they said it would be done, and everyone on the job was friendly, knowledgeable, and very hard working. Special thanks to Armanio, who did such an outstanding job with everything. Armanio is a very kind person, who listened to any concerns, and kept the work flow going. Also, Michelle assisted in Jeremy's absence and she was great to work with. She assured me that things would keep moving and she kept her word in getting things scheduled and completed. Overall, I would say this company is one that I would highly reccomend.

This is the second time I’ve used Bear cleaning. My couch desperately needed cleaning. Chris, my cleaner did a great job he went above and beyond. Then I asked for carpet touch up, he took the time to do that for me too. It all turned out so nice. I seriously recommend this company.

I had my carpet cleaned last week. It looked nice but the soiled traffic pattern still showed. The company sent the technician out and he cleaned the area again for no charge. The technician worked hard and it looks better. I would recommend Bear to my friends.

Editing this review as I used Bear for residential service in my new home recently. The quality of work for residential services is just as good as commercial. Chris kept in constant contact and did a wonderful job.

I am very happy with the carpet cleaning! I have two dogs and two cats, so carpets can get pretty grungy! Carpets look almost new! And the were FAST!!! I will definitely use them again!

Best carpet cleaning in Denver. Mostly that prices are fair, results have always exceeded expectations. We have 12yr carpet in this house. Raising 2 kids with pets and it gets wrecked! Bear gets the job done.

If I had a complaint it was that they showed up early! I wasn’t 100% prepared, so that’s on me really. The young man, was nothing but easy going gave us a few minutes to get things sorted and then got to work. <- satire for anyone who wants to twist it.

Anselmo and Jose were very friendly, efficient, and thorough. They did our water restoration work, and even organized our back storage room, plugged our washing machines back in and made sure we were happy with the results before they left each time. Sergio our project manager is honest, and quick to get things scheduled.

They are always quick to accommodate requests, especially in urgent situations, and consistently deliver high-quality work. Their team is professional, responsive, and reliable, which makes a huge difference when dealing with time-sensitive issues.

One important thing to note is that the equipment they use is very expensive, so it’s crucial to coordinate removal promptly. If the equipment is left in a unit overnight, it can result in a significantly higher bill. As long as expectations are clear and timing is coordinated, they are an excellent vendor and a pleasure to work with.

I am a community manager and use Bear for all of our carpet cleaning needs, and they have been phenomenal. Our community has very light-colored carpet in the bedrooms, which shows dirt and wear easily. Despite that, Bear consistently gets the carpets looking brand new. Their communication is top-notch, scheduling is seamless, and the quality of their work is outstanding. I highly recommend Bear for any carpet cleaning needs.

I used them once for stairs and a hallway. My partner said it was a very fast service which resulted in some leftover pet urine odor. I paid $130ish so it wasn’t a big deal and I cancelled the follow up and said I would just get it cleaned again in a few months.

This week, I reached out several months later for another cleaning + enzyme treatment. I saw a promotion online for 4 rooms for $175. The quote I got for ONE bedroom plus ~30 stairs/landings was nearly $300 before the enzyme add on. I didn’t understand how ~15 additional stairs cost more than 3 additional bedrooms. When I asked, they said it’s just because they charge per stair. Still makes no sense. Anyway, got a much better deal elsewhere and they did a wonderful job with our carpet!

Bear Cleaning & Restoration did an excellent job with our tile and grout cleaning as we prep our Longmont home for listing. Nicholas was courteous and professional throughout the entire process. He took great care and the results look fantastic. Highly recommend their services!
