Exceptional service and a good price! We (Kitchen and Bath by Design) used their carpet cleaning services to complete a full apartment remodel for a client. We replaced all of the flooring in this one bedroom condo, except the carpet in the bedroom. Bear Steam Cleaning made this room look brand new! On top of an amazing carpet cleaning, they have friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely use them again.

This was my first experience with Bear Cleaning. They were recommended by my cleaning company. Nick was our technician and he did an outstanding job on both the walk to wall carpeting in the bedrooms as well as the area rug in the living room. Bear provided a seamless and error free process from scheduling through billing. I recommend them.

We had top notch service from Chris with Bear. He was efficient and had our area rug looking so good ! He also did our kitchen counter stools and they looked brand new after! We will definitely use them again!

Had areas of carpet steam cleaned and some couch cushions. Both Chris and Patrick were fantastic. Friendly, professional, and efficient. They did a walk through first to get details on my goals, did the cleaning, and had a walk through afterwards to make sure it was to my satisfaction. Price point was very reasonable. The only good thing that came out of the old lady next door flooding my house while I went on vacation is that I got to meet the BEAR team. They made everything better. Project manager Sergio C. came out right away to answer all my questions and help me understand the mitigation process. He's smart, organized, and really patient. The team on site handling the wet drywall/insulation were professional and really nice to me. They got the fans and dehumidifiers all set up and I really appreciated how Paola from the office sent me emails to update me on the moisture levels daily. From their communication to the website to payment process, top of the line. I literally do not have one negative thing to say about my experience with this company. :)

VERY happy with the results, the carpets look great. Chris was hesitant to promise cleaning a stain from a failed oil radiator heater but it came out! Very happy with the whole process and Chris. The regular carpet was damp once completed. Berber... not as bad. Took 8 + hours to completely dry the whole house's carpet. As a consumer....I would suggest renting a few box fans to speed the drying process - I only had one.

They did an amazing job cleaning my stained carpet. I wish I remembered the technician’s name but he was super friendly and hard working.

Fantastic experience! Hired BSC to clean my friends couch as a gift and it came out like new again. The technician they sent was on time, quick & thorough. I've added some photos as well (first 4 are before, last 2 are after) that show the difference. It made their white couch white again and got the stains out!
