When Adam arrived and checked it turns out that the initial diagnosis by the other company was incorrect, he saved me thousands of dollars. Very satisfied with the service and will definitely utilize Colorado Repair Works again.

Our maintenance professional. Adam was timely. Even walked us through some of the issues that we were seeing on the appliances that we needed to have looked at. Adam was very friendly, guided us through a few of the processes of what to expect or signs that maintenance needs to be had on certain appliances. I would say that he would come highly recommended and me and my partner Caitlin both appreciated him coming out to take a look at our appliances.

He opened up our clothes dryer and gave me a demonstration on how the mechanics work. Our purple wire was fried and we needed a heating element replaced.
I usually tell a repair person to go ahead and do their work and walk away. I don’t like to bother them. But in this case, Adam was very eager to show me every step of the repair process. He was transparent & honest.

I had a great experience with Colorado Repair Works! Adam repaired both my GE washing machine and dishwasher. The washer needed a shift actuator and belt replacement, and the dishwasher required three new spray arms. Adam was very professional, attentive, and completely transparent about the cost of parts and labor. He took the time to explain everything clearly and was sincere and friendly throughout the process. The total cost was very reasonable — about what I would have spent doing it myself (or probably more because I'm not a qualified/competent SME), thanks to his wholesaler discount on parts. Excellent service overall, and Adam will definitely be my first choice for any appliance repairs in the future. Highly recommended!

The night before we left town, our stacked washing machine started leaking water out of the bottom. I contacted Adam with Colorado Repair Works who explained what he thought the issue was and what the timeline would be for repair. A lot of our conversations were mid-travel and Adam was communicative, flexible, and patient. When we got back home our washing machine was back up and running and we felt well taken care of. We needed our fridge ice maker repaired. Adam checked every aspect of the ice-making system before explaining what was wrong and making suggestions. He was prepared with a brand new ice-maker and installed it so fast! He was awesome! He answered every question and would point out everything with great detail. He was fast, helpful and honest. Adam, the owner, came out and serviced our dryer. He was very thorough, careful, and transparent about his work. He was willing to let me watch him while he walked through everything, ask questions, and address concerns. He was more than willing to educate me, which I found very valuable, as I'm still a somewhat-new home owner. While our issue was not as major as we had thought with a potential flow or foreign object issues, he did a great job of cleaning out all the lint internally after disassembling everything and checking all the major areas and gave guidance on what I could do to improve the overall flow with our current setup. I chose this company because it's a small family owned business & has great reviews. I requested Adam, the owner, who is knowledgeable & dependable, to repair my GE washing machine. He had it up and running within a couple of days. Adam is polite, personable, nice, & professional. I also had him do preventative maintenance on my dryer, upright freezer, HVAC unit, and refrigerator. While he was here, I added on these appliances. He's was very accommodating & aims to please. He's patient, took his time answering all my questions & educating me on the importance of doing preventative maintenance on appliances. Adam loves what he does. He's honest & someone you can trust.
