Excellent value for great work. We had a microwave/wall oven replaced. They were on time, professional, and pleasant to work with. They did an excellent job, and carted away our old appliances. Highly recommend!

Adam was our technician. He did excellent work, was considerate, through and very informative. I appreciate that he let us know of the additional costs outside of the maintenance. It allowed us the opportunity to decide to have the work done right then or at a later time. At the end he went over the report of the work done AND provided us with a copy. I highly recommend them for HVAC and appliance maintenance!

Adam was amazing. He was extremely professional and helpful. He had fantastic communication. He not only helped us with our dishwasher but he also let us know how we could fix our ice machine. Colorado Repair Works is highly recommended. I have a double oven that was on the fritz. Adam was referred to me by Appliance Science as the guy who is experienced repairing double ovens. Adam was able to troubleshoot the problem and complete the repair same day. His honesty, friendly demeanor, and professionalism were welcoming, he went beyond my expectations. He took extra time to answer other appliance questions. I will call on Adam again.

Best service a customer can ask for. When our refrigerator went down, I submitted a quote and within 15 minutes had an appointment set up for the same day. Adam came out, diagnosed the problem and gave me options on how to proceed. He had to order the part but was able to get it installed quickly and got our fridge back up and running. It can be very difficult to find an honest and fair repair technician. Thankfully, we found one with Adam and his crew at Colorado Repair Works.

My family's expectations were far exceeded when we called Adam for a last-minute GE dishwasher issue. Our water pump broke and Adam arrived within one hour to service the appliance. Over the phone before his visit, he walked me through what to expect during his service and the best/worst case scenarios and he was transparent about all costs (and potential costs). When he arrived, he was knowledgeable, articulate, professional, clean, and efficient. Adam is the real deal and his expertise with over a decade in his field really shows. He was able to diagnose the issue within ten minutes of arrival and even went so far as to break down every step he took like a teacher, so that I could understand what he was doing and why.

Adam and his company are an honest, ethical, efficient, reasonable, and professional company to do business with. Overall, he offered an excellent value for us and we will continue to utilize his services for our home. We are also certainly going to be recommending Adam to our family and friends.
