Rob is fantastic. They were able to come over within hours of my initial call to look at the Whirlpool side-by-side's ice maker that had stopped working. He took it apart and found the issue so we could avoid having to purchase a replacement. I had ice that night. He also took the time to swap the door on my clothes dryer since Lowe's had installed it backwards. He was professional, friendly, prompt, and responsive to my follow-up questions. Pricing is fair, and I never felt like I was being upsold, pressured, or gouged. In a world of shady, overpriced, over-booked big companies, family-owned Appliance Emporium is a breath of fresh air. I wish they did HVAC and plumbing, too!

I'm renting in Parker, CO and Rob came out to fix the washing machine. He arrived on time, was very professional and fixed the issue no problem. But more importantly, he was very personable and friendly, and I really enjoyed talking with him! I would highly recommend his business and his services!

My washer went out at night. I called Rob and he had one delivered to me the next morning! Rob with Appliance Emporium is the best! It’s just that simple - the best! I have been going to him for years and years - for everything! He is quick, trustworthy, always always solves my issues whether I need him to repair one of my appliances, OR if it’s time for me to get another one - he takes care of all of it! I won’t use anyone else, I truly won’t. I refer my friends and family to him every single time they need something done. You won’t want to use anyone else if you give him a try! Again, the best!
