Bought a dryer and in less then two weeks the panel went out. Instead of fixing it they said that I bumped it and that is why it broke. Don't use these people they are scam artists!

These folks are AWESOME
My washing machine would not do the spin cycle and they came out the very same day and fixed it for me!

Thank You Appliance Emporium ❤ -

Friendly and chatty dude, did great work on my fridge for a fair price. Was very willing to work around my schedule and my technical capabilities. I will definitely be going to this guy for any future work and highly recommend him.

Had our dryer go out and they came in a couple of hours. They quickly found the problem and replaced the broken part. Very courteous, professional and the cost was very reasonable.

Rob was great prices were awesome and I got my washer and dryer delivered on the same day. Highly recommend considering this place for used appliances.

Rob took really good care of me
He had several washers to choose from and I got a great deal on a front loader. Works great. Thanks. I'll be a customer from here foward -
Great service from Rob! Problem with washer was diagnosed and fixed quickly without the need to replace the appliance. Will definitely use Appliance Emporium for any future repairs or replacement.

This is a small family owned business and really cares about what they do. We went in to buy $100 dryer it works awesome it's what we needed. Great experience overall the owner help us out will totally return!

Rob sold us a Dryer that doesn't work very well. We were lead to believe we had 30 days to try it. He won't refund our money. He's dishonest. We were lied to. We'll never do business here again.

Had a fridge we bought here start making a weird noise. From description over the phone, he was sure it was the fan. When he came out to repair, the noise had stopped, but he replaced the fan anyway under the warranty. Two weeks later, the noise started again, so we scheduled another service call. Turns out, ice was getting stuck in the icemaker and that was causing the noise. No charge for either service call. Highly recommend.

Have used them for years at both our business and home but this last time, we were charged almost $200 and the problem wasn't fixed. I wasn't there when the technician came so I was left to asssume the problem was fixed, (it needed new rollers).
I decided to give the dryer two days to correct itself, thinking maybe a new part needed to "warm up". Called them back two days later and left a message that the "knocking noise" never stopped but only sunbsides after about 5-10min.
They took three days to call me back and left a message that "our washer was broken and that I must be putting too heavy loads in". They refused to come back out without a full charge again. That is just poor business practice to me.
My advice.... you better be sure you run through a few things before you let them leave. -
I would actually purchase more items from them because I believe they are trustworthy on how they do business after the sales is done.
They emphasized they are a small family store and that this is how they make a living to feed their family and they want a happy community. I bought a dryer and it had issues.
A Benifits of working with a smaller store is the service behind The scenes. They stood by me and swapped the dryer out in good faith.. that speaks volumes. I wasn’t pleased with the first dryer having issues, but very pleased they listed to my issues and made them right in a very fair and honest way that gave me the Benifits of the doubt in the situation. My complaint was kinda dicey but true. 5 stars. -
Appliance Emporium is the best. I feel like the magic in their business is that they make headaches go away. All I do is call, request a unit within my budget and the rest is taken care of—installing and hauling away of the old unit. I use them for all my property issues and even refer him to my family and friends!

Came the same day as called. Screwed dishwasher to brace as it had never been done, balanced and tested in 30 min. Took apart dryer, even the drum, to clean and find missing screw (had Tubbys out to clean dryer and they left a screw on floor and dirt and dust layering inside dryer and on floor). Very cost effective and knowledgeable. Would recommend!

Avoid buying from here - they sell refurbished/ repaired units. They will promise you it works and give a verbal guarantee but once you bring the unit home, they fail to follow through on their guarantee.
I bought a refrigerator for $400 from them only to bring home and not have the ice maker work. When I called to ask for the unit to be serviced, the female that answered immediately said that the ice maker was never covered under the warranty. I then spoke to the repair tech who did come out to replace a valve only to find out it did not need replacing. I haven't heard or seen them since... -
Save yourself time and money and avoid this store. I have bought several dryers and washers and they always breakdown. I've had washers breakdown within 24 hours more than once. I like to support the small businesses when I can but the last time I went I brought my dryer back twice and it still would take a couple hours to dry clothes. Never could figure it out and it went past warranty so I just put it on the curb for free and bought a new one with a year warranty. Goodbye forever Appliance Emporium.

Guy is a straight rip off. Completely over charged us for a job. $190 to change a washer belt that took 15 minutes to replace. I do not recommend. The 5 stars probably came from family or friends. But if you are not looking to get ripped off DO NOT call them.

We had a problem with a dryer that wasn't working well. Rob was very knowledgeable about the appliance and didn't try and sell us parts we didn't need. He shortened the hose and recommended that the hose be connected with clamps. We will shop here again!

I called today regarding a problem with my dryer. I was fully prepared to have someone come out and take a look. Instead, the good people at Appliance Emporium spent their time and effort on the phone with me, and after researching my particular model they correctly diagnosed the issue and walked me through an easy fix. I’m very pleased with not having to deal with the hassle nor the expense of a service call, and Christina could not have been more helpful and kind!

Bought a used Kenmore washer from Rob. Started having bad shaking problems. Took back to have him look at it under 30 day warranty. He fixed it in 5 minutes while we watched, but I wasn't convinced it was fixed and feared as soon as clothes were put in it would do it again. Becoming visibly irritated, but to address my fears, he put towels in it, filled it, then put it on spin. I still was not convinced as the problem was intermittent to begin with. I very politely asked if he could swap out another used comparable unit. He became very agitated and accused me of wasting his time. He actually proceeded to lecture me in front of my wife and kids 'repeatedly' about wasting his time. He was angry, aggressive, hot-headed, unprofessional and spoiling for a fight. My wife and I became very uncomfortable. I'll grant that it is entirely possible he really did fix it, regardless, my concerns count, and this is not what customer service should look like under any circumstance. I will be fair and admit, after getting berated and talked down to, he did agree to swap out to another unit for me, but immediately upon agreeing, for the 5th time, he told me not to "ever waste his time again". That was the last straw for me, I just couldn't handle the indignity any longer. I told him never-mind, to keep the broken washer, and I herded my family strait out the door. Now I have nothing and he still has my $200, but that was my decision, and my financial loss is therefore my own fault, but I do wish to caution everyone: Avoid the owner of this company, unless you want to be treated like a subhuman. PS. Total time start to finish 20 minutes. Sad, pathetic, ridiculous!
