I had my fridge serviced by True Tech. They replaced a broken water valve for the ice maker. Communication was easy and they really helped me pick the best solution for my issue, by walking me through all the options. Staff is professional and friendly. Would use them again.

I was having issues with my dryer making an incredibly loud and constant squeaking/scraping sound. Mr. Appliance was the first company that showed up when I googled and I am glad I chose them. Will was the technician who came over and had things fixed in less than 15 minutes. Incredibly polite, fast, and efficient. I will be contacting Mr. Appliance again should I need any appliance repaired.

I was able to get a service person here within 24 hours to diagnose the problem. Rod was back in a week and spent over 4 hours on the repair of my microwave. He was prompt and courteous and the oven is now working.

Will arrived on time and went right to work. He has a nice personality and explains things to me. Not that I understand but he tries.

Our diswasher stopped draining. They got us on the schedule the next day. Will found a broken wire connection. He had it fixed and running in less than an hour. Cost for everything was very fair. Will did a recalibration on the dishwasher when he finished. This wasn’t something he would have to do but I appreciated that he would take a moment to program it and explain why its a good extra step to take. Great company to do business with.

Excellent communication. We were able to schedule an appointment very quickly. Even scheduling through their main office was pleasant. It was the most courteous and professional interaction I've had in years. The day prior, we received a text confirming our appointment along with a picture of the technician that would be arriving. This was a nice touch I'd never thought to appreciate. It's reassuring to know that the person coming to your door is exactly who they say they are. He (Will) arrived promptly, and towards the earlier part of the scheduled time frame. Even though there seemed to be some trouble diagnosing the problem, his thoroughness ultimately identified the issue. He was able to fix it and be out the door in around 20 minutes. Very satisfied with timeliness, friendliness of technician/main office and the cost. Thanks Mr. Appliance!

Quick service, and easy booking. Mr.Appliance was able to get me in the day I called. They were polite and professional. My service tech, Will, did a great job fixing my machine quickly. Tech showed up early, when we were given a 2-hour window, which was nice. Not so nice was the price ($327) for about 30 minutes of work to replace a part that retails for between $20 and $37, depending on where you buy it. The company would not provide a detailed invoice to break out Parts and Labor charges, deferring to "Our pricing is based on a flat rate / fixed price quote based on the Appliance Blue Book, therefore, you know the price of repair. It is not broken down by parts and labor." So I did some online checking for the specific part replaced, and found the part at two suppliers for pricing shown above.
I wanted a trained professional to diagnose and repair our dryer, but will refrain from using this vendor due to the excessive over-charging.

Great service and tune up on our two GE appliances. They run like brand new now. Rod came and ran diagnostics on both, trouble shot the issue quickly and provided a full detail rundown on what it needed. He also provided suggestions to keep them running properly.

Will definitely be recommending this company to family, friends and co workers.
