I had a wonderful experience with my washer repair this morning! I called this morning for a repairman, and one was sent quickly.
He was personable, knowledgeable, and quick!
He was finished and out the door quickly, and the price was very reasonable!
This is the place to call!

Marco was very professional, answered all my questions and was respectful of my home. Communication was great and they had the new part for my oven ordered and installed in less than a week.

Our issue ended up being nothing at all, but Marco was so polite and kind. He took the time to look it over regardless and encouraged us to call back If it acted up again.

Taras was a tremendous help for our family is talking our washer and dryer. After Home Depot just dropped our new washer/dryer set in our kitchen, claiming they couldn’t remove our old ones (despite the extra we selected/paid for removal), Taras got our house back into usable shape. A great example of why we should all use smaller business vs large box stores)! Thank you Taras - you were awesome) and we will use you all again!

Michael and the Appliance Repair Service company did great work! Michael fixed my Mom’s Kitchenaid dishwasher today! He is a repairman for Appliance Service Repair Company. He is courteous and arrives within the time window provided for the repair. Additionally, on the day of service he calls ahead to give us an approximate time of arrival. He has a great attitude! Never has he cussed or showed any negative demeanor. He gave some good suggestions for warming the water prior to running washer cycles to ensure optimum results of the washing and drying cycles. In addition to his repair skills he is knowledgeable about good dish washer detergents to buy that won’t break the bank! I would not hesitate to recommend Michael and Appliance Service Repair Company, for troubleshooting and repairing home appliances.

They responded on a Sunday with a fair estimate cost and came to evaluate my fridge/freezer the next morning. Very friendly, straightforward, and informative, but what I appreciated the most is that he gave me an estimate on the spot and, even though he could fix it right away, he recommended I replace the unit for a better value. That meant a lot to me because he could've easily made the money on it and most places would try to upsell on top of that. I feel lucky to have found them and will return for other appliances, when needed Supporr small businesses!
