Jimi serviced my microwave today. He is one single person pulling and pushing the combo oven and microwave changed microwave. Jimi is very decent and knows what he was doing.

Jimi was super helpful. He went above and beyond and fixed everything and doubled checked to make sure it worked before he left

Margo came out from Brand source to fiox our refridgerator and he was AWESOME. He is poilte, professional and efficient! He should be considred an assett to your company. Give that man a raise!

Joel came out well within the time frame I was told. He was polite, friendly, had his mask on, let me watch; and he also explained what he was doing (this is very important to me, as I like to learn). He diagnosed the problem within about 5 minutes (a wrongly installed ice maker activation valve - or something like that, lol) and had it repaired within minutes. Great young man. Good job!
