Snappy is awesome! We had an emergency washer/dryer situation that was backing up water in our home and they came out immediately to fix it (on the 4th of July!). They were quick, professional, and fixed everything up perfectly, I will be calling them first if anything ever happens again!

Gabe was able to correct the issue with my dishwasher quickly and very friendly. They provided an honest price and were very punctual.

Gabe and Jeson were fantastic, understanding, and competent! I called Friday about noon for a frig that failed, they picked up some parts they thought were the problem, unable to fit us in, they came after hours! They diagnosed the problem, had the correct replacement parts, and had us up and running in 2 hours. But then Gabe followed up with texts about temperature adjustments to make sure everything was working correctly for 2 days! Unbelievable service- we’re family now 😊

I had a great experience Snappy Appliance. My refrigerator was not getting cold and I really didn’t want to buy a new one and was in a bit of a time crunch as I had a guest checking in the next day. Cody was able to troubleshoot and get it repaired. He was great communicating and easy to work with. He even gave a follow up call the next day to make sure everything was still working well. I really appreciated the quick response and helping me. I will definitely call again if/ when something else doesn’t work!

Had this company come out to look at a dryer that wasn’t heating up. They tried to sell me a used dryer or tell me it was going to cost $400 to repair. Turns out all it needed was a $20 heating element. Such a shame they can’t even be honest.

Called for service, got prompt assistance and quick appointment. Then, service tech called me to discuss issues with my washer. Gabe was patient and informative. Decided to get a new washer due to his invaluable advice. I think that’s awesome, honest service above and beyond. Would recommend and or use them without a doubt. Much appreciated and love the helpful advice even though they earned no service or repair fee from our family. Very unique these days!
