Just had them fix my broken dryer in Denver and couldn't have been more impressed. I called on Sunday, they came first thing Monday, and Gabe was incredibly quick, professional, kind, and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem, told me how much parts would be, got my sign off, went to get the parts, came right back and installed them and it's working great! And before he left he fixed my stove burner that has been broken for years! Highly recommend!

Gabe identified our problem quickly and has to order parts. It took a few business days to get the parts in which carries over the weekend. He maintained contact and checked in before the parts arrived to let us know he was still waiting so we weren’t left just wondering. He repaired the dishwasher quickly and professionally. Cody from Snappy repaired my nearly 14 year old fridge for a reasonable price after two components failed. His service involved two visits and a fair bit of time, as he had to defrost the freezer portion before he could even figure out the problem. He then had to order the parts and return to install them. Too often you plunk down your money and the answer is, get another fridge. Cody at Snappy spared me the expense and inconvenience. My fridge is super cold now and works great! Thank you, Snappy!

Gabe and Cory were available and on time for an evening same-day appointment when my fridge/freezer broke. They made a fast and accurate diagnosis of the problem and gave me unbiased advice, even recommending that we replace, rather than repair the appliance since the cost of repair was more than replacement. Gabe was my technician and great service was provided. I have had a broken washer for about two weeks now and was stressed about buying a new one and the dreaded laundromat. I called and received service the same day. He showed up when he said he would and diagnosed my washer quickly and gave me a quote for repair. He also came back later in the evening to do the repairs SAME DAY. He stayed to make sure everything was good several times AND AND did not over charge me for things I didn't need. Gabe also was an amazing guy and he has a great aura about him and made me feel very comfortable to have him in my home and and would call him again for service on future items if I should need it. Thanks Gabe and team! It's not always easy to find good help and you didn't disappoint.

Can't speak more highly of this company. This morning my fridge was dead, and I called and spoke to Gabe. He talked me through a reset of the fridge, and got it running again. He could've easily made a service call and charged me a couple hundred bucks, and I'd still have been happy as a clam. However, he didn't. He fixed it over the phone, and I'll never use another repair company.

Called and was able to get a same-day appointment for our oven. Our technician, Gabe, was great. He had strong communication, was friendly, professional and helped us problem solve to get the oven up and running faster than anticipated. Would highly recommend Snappy Appliance Repair!

I've been meaning to leave a review.. Gabe! I told you I would. Gabe was wonderful. He's personable, very communicative, and he fixed my dryer! He also went above and beyond and called another company to blow out the lint from my home and got them to come the same day. Definitely recommend. I called them in the morning and Gabe came out same day.

I was convinced my dryer was not working correctly, and I submitted a work request around 9:00 AM. Within an hour, Cody contacted me and arrived around noon. He went over every inch of my dryer, reassembled it, leveled it, and it works perfectly! I no longer have vibrating or strange noises. Great service, outstanding technician, and a company I will rely on in the future. Thank you, Cody!

Our dryer stopped working naturally on the weekend. Gabe came out within a couple hours and started diagnosing it right away. He was very communicative with what was wrong with the dryer and was able to get it up and running quickly. I highly recommend Snappy appliance repair.

This is how an appliance repair company should operate. Mr appliance could learn a lot from this group. Cody is a rock star, kept checking in while we were waiting for parts, and everything works perfectly. Everyone was totally upfront about pricing and I feel like their prices are fair.

Gabe answered the phone and immediately booked a same-day service call for our malfunctioning dryer, with Cody as the technician.
Cody came and diagnosed the problem immediately. He recommended a part he didn't have on-hand, but made a follow-up appointment for the next morning to install that part and explained the service charge that would be billed.
The next morning, Cody texted that he was on his way and arrived exactly on time. The problem was fixed within 15 minutes and I was charged the amount previously explained.
I'll definitely use Snappy for any future appliance repair needs.
