No call, no showed my appointment for Saturday 8-12, and when they responded to my text this morning and said it was me who missed the appointment and proceeded to try and reschedule. Absolutely not.

I'm giving one star until further notice. This company works with my apartment complex and has brought me 2 refrigerators that didn't work, the second was the wrong dimensions. They are sending a third today. If I had the option, I would go with another company.

The father is a very good guy... Got upset when there was no delivery fee... I brought a refrigerator from them it last 3 weeks now it's not staying cold and I'm losing a lot of my stuff again.. I dealt with them were appliance years ago and there are wonderful... I don't know what happened and I'm not happy...

Unfortunately, my warranty company uses these guys: They show up to fix the same part on my dishwasher every three months and it usually takes about a month for them to finally fix it so I get to use my dishwasher 8 months of the year. Thanks, guys!

Can't even say how many times I've had them work on my fridge and washing machine, every time they leave it's never fixed. Took them 3 months to get my fridge fixed and then my washing machine broke and they didn't adjust the agitator now I have to get a tech out again because of warranty

Absolutely unacceptable experience. We were constantly dismissed and disregarded throughout the entire process. Despite opening a work order for our dishwasher, it was never actually fixed; yet the company falsely marked it as complete just to accept the order payment. That’s not just dishonest; it’s fraudulent.

We’ve now been without a dishwasher for over four months, and every attempt to get updates or resolution has been met with indifference or outright disrespect. The behavior we’ve encountered from Aurora Appliance has been not only unprofessional but also blatantly sexist and discriminatory.

Super disappointed and deeply frustrated. I would strongly caution anyone especially women or marginalized individuals from using this company. They do not value your time, your money, or your basic dignity.

Disappointing service and misdiagnosis

Our home warranty company hired Aurora Appliance to repair our kitchen hood exhaust fan. They came out twice and diagnosed the problem as a motherboard issue. We paid the service fee and the home warranty paid for the motherboard replacement, but the fan still did not work after the repair.

After that, they claimed the problem must be "electrical" and told us to call an electrician. We brought in an electrician who quickly identified the issue as a burned-out fuse inside the appliance itself -- NOT an external wiring problem.

Unfortunately, after learning this, Aurora Appliance refused to return to complete the repair or take responsibility for the incorrect diagnosis. We then had to seek another appliance company, who was able to replace the fuse, and the fan works fine now.

We wasted time, money, and effort due to their error and poor follow-up. The lack of accountability and communication was very disappointing. Based on our experience, I would not recommend their services if you expect accurate diagnostics or reliable customer service.

I can now see why this company has an overall 1 Star Rating, do not use them.

Shadier than standing under a redwood tree. Crossed paths with them through my home warranty company. They tried to immediately chisel me for payment well ahead of any services rendered - completely against the clearly stated rules of the home warranty. Judging by the other reviews... looks like this is just how they operate in general.

Randal is an amazing repair man. He knows his stuff! Our washer’s agitator want working and he came and fixed it in about 10 minutes. He asked about the model before he came and was ready to go.

The policy of if you walk out the door of with an item that has been incorrectly ordered and then hooking one for more money for their mistake when one provided the correct part numbers is garbage. Especially when the old part is in hand and the refusal to cross reference that number is denied.

Great customer service, decent pricing and payment plans. Staff was polite and knowledgeable. Only 3 stars because I'm still waiting to pick up my device. They are taking a long time to verify my references.
