It was a meticulous way of repair as I saw the technician fixing up my fridge that stopped cooling. He's so smart and skilled. He just fixed the problems within an hour and the result was excellent. It was a nice and very affordable appliance repair. Sub Zero Appliance Repair will be my first call the next time I need appliance repairs.

I was freaking out when my freezer stopped working. I had a lot of food in there. This freezer repair service came out quickly and fixed the problem before everything thawed. They saved me from wasting food. I'm so grateful.

Spent >$3000 repairing my SubZero fridge with this company and approximately 3 months later it stopped working. Apparently they only “warranty” their work for 90 days and won’t offer anything other than the opportunity to purchase a “membership” to extend their warranty. Mine stopped working at 96 days. Stay away from this shady company!!! Also super shady that the invoice is from 5-star Appliances but it is this website & company.

Absolutely terrible experience. The technician came out and assess the problem as a faulty solenoid in my LG refrigerator, upon purchasing this (almost $600), The problem still was on fixed. He then Reassessed that I needed another part that would be an additional five to $600, I am not a huge fan of paying for other people‘s mistakes. I then called to try and get some clarification from the reception person, she over and over told me she didn’t understand what I was asking, which is pretty comical because it’s not very complicated, then asked If I was blackmailing her Because I said I was going to write a horrible review, And then hung up on me. If I could give zero I Would, Do not use these guys!

Dion was great today. Repaired my dryer quick and now it is back and running like new. Would recommend to anyone looking for appliance repairs.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This company is not considerate of customers time, or finances. The THIRD technician who came to fix our dishwasher, after it was misdiagnosed on Friday and couldn’t be repaired on Saturday by them, was hostile when we told him that what we were quoted on Saturday was over $100 less than what he quoted. He said that there was a misprint on their end, but we would still need to pay for the extra money. I told him how money is really tight right now and I needed to call my husband. He got pretty hostile on the phone with my husband while I was alone with him and my newborn, snapping at my husband saying how he wouldn’t fix it and had no problem walking out. He said that my husband could call customer service, so he did. For 20 minutes we waited and my husband later told me how he was hung up on. We ended up paying the extra $100+, putting us at around $650… after the guy finished “fixing” the dishwasher, he said how they really do value customer satisfaction and asked for a google review… so there it is.
Now, one day after it was supposedly fixed by him, our dishwasher is not working once again…. The incompetence, and lack of customer service is astounding.

Same day service and issue with stove was resolved quickly. Very professional and courteous. In addition Tom assisted with changing water filter in my fridge!

I called about my ice machine not working. I was told it would be $154 for the service call but the money would go towards fixing the ice machine. I asked about the cost but she was not able to give me a quote. She lead me to believe it would be a reasonable amount. The technician was here 15 minutes and gave me a quote for over $1000. I was also charged a 4% fee for using a charge card. I would never call this company to fix anything. Expect to be over charged for their services. Very disappointed about being ripped off, especially when she lead me to believe it wasn’t going to cost that much.

Had the igniters on our stove top quit working. Company was quick to respond and worked with my schedule. Both Brandon and Allen were great on their visits. Professional, courteous and friendly. Will definitely use this company again.

Refrigerator was functional before service except for a bad display. Technician diagnosed a control board issue. I declined repair and asked for reassembly.

After reassembly, the refrigerator no longer worked. Management refused to refund the diagnostic fee or remediate. Appliance ultimately had to be replaced.

Sharing this so others can make an informed decision.

I was so blessed to have Brandon come to my house today and fis my washing machine. It is an older Whirlpool, and a solid machine. The water pump was shot and it did have a clog. With a great attitude and a professional job completed, I will only ask for him on my next mechanical problem.

The good about this company is the technician showed up same day and he was a very nice guy. But it ends there.
Had them come out to look at a leak in a top loading washer. The technician was strategic in showing me a video of the water leak coming off the bottom of the white plastic water inlet valve housing but didn’t show me the actual source of the leak. Quoted me close to $800 to replace the water inlet valve and housing. Of course, I turned it down, paid the $156 fee for him to diagnose the problem and sent him on his way. Two days later, I discovered the real source of the leak, which was the hot water hose going into water inlet valve. The gasket was basically gone and was leaking water into the water inlet valve housing. So this turned out to be a $37 fix with new water hoses. Leak stopped without needing to replace anything else. The plastic water inlet valve housing was pretty rusted because of all the slow water leaking over time but the new hose for sure fixed the leak.I did find a brand new water inlet valve and housing online for $110. So I bought it and installed it myself and took me 30 mins. So even if they replaced the water inlet valve housing and the hoses, they wanted close to $800 to do something that I did myself for just over $140. If that isn’t press gouging, I don’t know what is.
Save your money and a headache and call somebody else if you have appliance repair needs.

Kevin 2 and Isaiah blew out the dryer and were very professional and friendly. They left the area behind the dryer much cleaner then it was before they started. I would recommend them.

I previously posted a five star review thinking my dishwasher would be fixed after the problem was identified and the part ordered. I paid $463 for the part and its installation. It did NOT fix the problem. The real fix is not the control board I bought and didn’t need, it’s the water valve. I was quoted $360 MORE to install the correct part with a 50% discount. How about I return the control board I don’t need. Action should fix the water valve and refund what they charged me for the control board.

We had an excellent experience using Action Appliance. Our service technician, Tom, was friendly and knowledgeable and helped us fix our dishwasher in the same day. Will definitely use again for future needs.

I love Action Appliance Repair! I have called Action twice, once to fix my oven, and also to repair my dryer, and refrigerator. Alan and Marcos were both great to work with, they were courteous, professional, friendly, and clearly know their stuff. I was given a clear estimate, so I knew exactly what I would be paying, and their were no extra costs. The price I was quoted was the price I paid, and the work was done when it worked for me. Marcos showed up on time, and got right to work. I will definitely call Action Appliance for all my repair needs!

I had a great experience with Action, called on Thursday to get my trash compactor fixed - sent out a technician Friday to diagnose and Saturday they were able to get the part and fix the compactor. Cant give enough praise to Allen, my technician, super friendly and accommodating, even went the extra mile to fix the brackets on the compactor. Great experience with the company and its staff.
