Derek was my repair guy!! Very polite answered a dozen questions from me. Patient with his answers and most of all knowledgeable and did a fantastic job repairing my Whirlpool side by side. I highly recommend this company and I will use again. Please give them a call ask for Derek!!!

Dion did an amazing job looking at our dishwater and fixing it when our dishwasher wasn’t draining or cleaning the dishes. Now it is working great! Called the company last night and was able to get Dion here the next day.

Price was reasonable for the amount of time required. Did a thorough job. Needed to order a proper belt even though the one he had would work. This meant coming back and taking the dryer all apart again. This done at no additional charge. Very courteous and timely.

Great service from Tom! Another company came out that I’ve used forever and told me the compressor was out and it would be $1500. Then tom came out and found that it actually wasn’t compressor and it was actually the fan. Part is ordered and He’s coming back tomorrow to fix it for $600 :)

I was pleasantly surprised that Derek came out to repair my dishwasher after previously repairing my washing machine. Once again, he not only got it up and running but his detail in all aspects of a great technician were greatly appreciated. I hope Action Appliance realizes what an asset he is to thier company. I'll definitely ask for Derek for any needed repairs in the future.

From the moment I called to book a service to the service itself, everything was great! Had an emergency with my dryer and they sent Kevin right out! Kevin was amazing. He got right to work and got everything done in a timely matter!

Bad on multiple levels - My Mother hired them (I stepped into the situation after they had already arrived) Broken dryer so we decided to replace it with a 2nd (spare) dryer we had at the location. Action Appliance recommended we plug it in first to make sure it worked (smart) We did this, bin turned, but it did not heat up. Action Appliance told us heating element was broken and wasn't worth replacing. We payed him (and scheduled) $95 + $95 = $190 to haul both broken dryers away(they said were going to come pick up later in the day) & put both dryers on the curb. A few minutes after they left, I thought about it / looked & the 2nd dryer was gas - the Action Appliance rep had thought it was electric & when it was plugged in & did not heat up he stated it was broken) Brought the 2nd dryer back inside inside & called them shortly after they had left to cancel pick up for the 2nd. Many phone calls, eventually reached them & they were only willing to refund $20. All around bad experience. Service charge was $155 (misdiagnosis) Two dryer haul away $190 (2nd of which we cancelled immediately) = $345 .... And they were only willing to refund us $20

Had a problem removing a stuck water filter on my fridge and my DIY turned into a mini flood. I called Action Appliance at 8am this morning and they were here by 10am with an easy fix. TJ who came out, was polite, informative and fixed in a jiffy. Great job, TJ. Highly recommend

Our dryer wasn't working properly and had a loud squeaky sound. Allen arrived on time and made the repairs quickly and very satisfactorily. He was extremely professional and also personable. Exceptional work with great employees and quality products. Thank you

Allen showed up and was friendly and enjoyed meeting the dogs. He checked out the fridge and determined it was the compresser. He then called his office and arranged for a new one to be delivered. He explained to me what i should expect to pay. He was very thorough making sure it all was operating correctly. I can't thank him and the company enough. I will definitely use them again if I need an appliance repaired.

Great customer service and affordable prices also I need to give 5 stars to Allen he was one that come and fixes dryer, what really sucks with with me before he walk in house he told me he will take his shoes off ( this was nice surprise because this days people just walk in house and not asking ) second he cleaned up and vacuumed after job was done . Also he made sure everything works and that everything was connected before he left. Thank you so much Allen and I wish that I could give you 10 stars also I hope management sees this and acknowledges that you have wonderful team and wonderful people working for you and representing your company.

I had a great experience getting a quote! Allen arrived in a short amount of time and was very kind and professional. He took a look at my washing machine and then explained the needed repair. I appreciated that he took a picture of the main problem, as it was located under the machine. Since the repair required the replacement of a major part, I decided it’s better to buy a new machine at this point, since mine is quite old. Everything with the estimate went smooth, and I was very grateful for Allen’s help!

I had a wonderful experience with Action Appliance. Tom came out to clean both of my LG washer and dryer, and he did a fantastic job. He was thorough, professional, and took the time to explain everything he was doing, which I really appreciated. It’s clear he knows his work and takes pride in doing it well. I also felt the cost was very reasonable for the service provided. I would definitely recommend Action Appliance and would happily use them again!

Allen did an amazing job fixing our refrigerator. He gave us an estimate the day I called, and was able to get the repair done the very next morning. He was on time, super nice, kind and thorough! He even cleaned the dust bunnies out from under the fridge. Cost seemed high, but next day convenience was worth it as most places couldn’t even come for another week.

I want to give a special shout-out to Caleb and Doug C. for their work. From the easy transaction to the fast delivery, insat and removal, the entire process was seamless. The installation and removal were executed perfectly. (thx Doug) I must say that no matter who is working that day when I walk in (over 15 years) it's always good. If not Caleb, Caleb's Aunt, or Caleb's Aunt's Mom, or her husband, whos' been to my house dropping picking up a few times. That whole family business raises the bar for all of the other new & used applicance sales and service business in the Denver metro area.

Yes. I have purchased all of my appliances from them over the years because of how hard they work as a family-owned business to ensure customer satisfaction. While a couple of you may have different experiences, mine has always been excellent, and I find that their appliances last forever when purchased directly from them.

The washing machine part was installed incorrectly, which created a bigger issue than the original problem. I then had to wait three weeks for another appointment, only to be told the day before that additional parts still needed to be ordered. In total, I was without my machine for five weeks. On top of that, the scheduling staff were consistently rude and dismissive on the phone. I would not recommend this company and will not be using them again.

I had just bought washer from th rthey will not repair it. I am still under warranty
