I was referred to Alex on a Sunday morning, thinking I would still have to wait til the upcoming work week as a power outage caused our refrigerator to stop cooling. Alex said he would be right out. He had the needed part and got our refrigerator back up and running in no time at all. Not only did he fix it, he was a pleasure speaking with and very polite. I would HIGHLY recommend Alex to anyone needing a repair on appliances!

If you want someone you can trust, this is the place. I mistakenly called, trying to locate a part after troubleshooting my electric range issue. They called back promptly, explaining the were a repair service, but gave me a “pro tip” on replacing the part, that worked like a charm! I offered to give them a little cash for the assistance, but they said no problem. In the age of terrible customer service, this was top notch! If you need any repairs, I would call these guys! 10/10

They were one of the first companies to call me back for a dryer repair. And in the midst of all the busyness going on, we’re able to get me in the following day to complete the repair. Additionally, they help problem, solve other potential issues and actually several hours which worked extremely well

Be very careful with this business. We hired them to repair lights in our refrigerator. They charged over $550 to repair the light. Lights still do not work and they claim that “we misunderstood” what they told us about the cost of repair or what they were fixing. Lights did not work before they were hired, they still do not work after they took payment and pretended to fix something. What is there not to understand?

I called because I was having issue with new laundry machine and he was able to diagnose problem over the phone so I could self repair. 10 outta 10! I will be reaching out to this company with any future appliance needs! Thanks so much for your help!!

I haf Gabe come out and take a look at what my issue was with my washer. Turned out a belt had just fallen off and he just slapped it back on and tested out everything and it was all good. So he definitely saved me an arm an a leg and i couldn't be happier. Definitely recommend these guys. They treat you right.

This is an honest review, there were hidden fees that were not discussed or revealed up front and repair for just my dryer fuse and thermostat replacement cost me over $300. I was told there was a $130 service call fee to have both my dryer and dishwasher looked at, then once he was in my house he told me it was a $120 diagnostic fee for the dishwasher and $120 diagnostic fee the dryer plus $295 to fix my dryer, he ended up charging me a $65 diagnostic fee for the dishwasher which all he did was hold down the start button for 8 seconds literally didn't take anything apart and was told the control panel was out and would be cheaper to just replace it. So yes, buyer beware. I ended up paying $360 total for a fuse and thermostat replacement for the dryer and for him to press buttons on my dishwasher. Hope this helps someone.

Gabe was very helpful. He came over and fixed my stove the same day. Transparent prices before he started and he even let me know what to expect in terms of maintenance for the future. My stove lives on.

I had a difficult situation with an ice maker, but Gabe came and was friendly, knowledgeable and very kind. He took time to explain ever detail of the problems. He persisted and never gave up. The water dispenser on my refrigerator was leaking. Gabe from Snappy figured out quickly that it was a broken water pump. He ordered the part and came back 5 days later and fixed the issue. It was easy to schedule and pay and Gabe showed up on time in both instances.

Great experience with Gabe. Was very open about pricing, options, and his recommendation. He could have lied and gotten more money off of me, but was honest and will definitely get my business again. Will definitely recommend to anybody that asks.

We were having a problem with the water pressure coming into our refrigerator.

Gabe troubleshot the problem, and because we have hard water and lots of mineral buildup, he changed the type of material for the waterline, and now it's like having Niagara Falls coming out of the water dispenser. Plus, we now have a full tray of ice cubes instead of just two at a time. I know… First world problems.😄

My dryer broke on a Sunday and Snappy Appliance was able to come out within 3 hours to take a look. My timer was broken and the belt and pulley needed repair. Parts were ordered and replaced the very next day!

Super easy to work with, reasonable pricing and super fast! Highly recommended.
