Our dogs and cat shed so much they burn out all our appliances! Gena was responsive and came out quickly and figured out our problem and got it fixed. He also offered to come back and clean the inside of our dryer and fix any issues that come up even after warranty expired. Our dryer is now clean and working better than ever! He only charges $60 to come out and diagnose and that is included in the price.

Originally called to have a refrigerator diagnostic done, Gena was very fast efficient with the work have to wait a few days for the fridge repair but he was able to fix a washer I thought wasn’t repairable. Gena got the job done in no time!

My dryer stopped heating, but after Gena from HM Denver Repair came out, everything changed. He performed a thorough cleaning, checked all internal systems, and even cleaned the ventilation line and the area around the installation zone — something I’ve never seen other techs do.

Since his visit, the dryer works noticeably better — faster, quieter, and with proper heat.
I’m extremely satisfied with the service and the attention to detail.
