Pro: They fixed our Wolf stove's broiler. EDIT after 2 months the broiler is not working again. Same behavior. Had certified Wolf repair come in and the issue was fixed in an hour for WAY less money. For Wolf repair go with American Appliance. They are the ONLY certified Wolf repair in the Front Range area.
Cons: Lack of communication. Their 30 minute heads up call never happened. I luckily was in the house from the back yard when they rang the doorbell so we didn't miss them. Also they neglected to use a pad under the legs of the stove when moving it out so I now have large scratches in my wood floor to deal with. That was the worst. How hard is it to put a pad under the legs? I guess too hard for these guys. Will look elsewhere next time for Wolf range repair.

Their technician just left our house. He repaired the original issue with our ice maker and then went the extra mile to make sure it won't be happening again. I am happy with the service and will definitely call them again.

Fast and professional appliance repair service! Water was leaking from underneath our Sub-Zero refrigerator. I called these guys and the technician came on the same day. He identified the source of the issue and replaced a faulty water valve. The job was done very quickly and at a very reasonable price. I will definitely call them again if we need to get our appliance fixed in the fixed.
