Had Tristan at Golden Home Depot put in a referral for having my washing machine repaired. My phone rang immediately and it was True Tech Appliance Repair. Den introduced himself, and when I told him what I needed he said he could be here in about 40 minutes.

Called Dan and had a great experience! From the start, he was incredibly responsive and came out same day, which I really appreciated. When he arrived, he was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly knew what he was doing.
Dan diagnosed the issue quickly (bad motor) on our dishwasher and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. Super highly recommended! I needed help diagnosing a problem with my washer and cleaning/maintaining my dryer, and everything was done with great care and diligence. He even fixed something that wasn't necessarily a problem just for the sake of thoroughness. He arrived promptly as scheduled and was very easy to communicate with ahead of time and in person.
