I called today the 16th of December around 10 am, I was greeted by a friendly professional representative, I stated that our Bosh dishwasher stopped working and had an E-23 code flashing on the panel.
I was informed that a technician could come out today as soon as he finished the job he was at.
The office representative explained pricing, and sent a picture of the technician who would be coming over.
Will arrived in about 45 minutes, he was very clean cut, friendly professional and polite, he had shoe covers, which I let him know he did not need as we have tile. Will was able to diagnos the problem with the dishwasher in a few minutes, he explained what was wrong, the part replacement needed, and cost, and asked if I wanted the repair done while he was at our home which I very happy agreed too.
Will was able to complete the repair as he was prepared with the correct parts, he put everything back together and ran the dishwasher to make sure it was opporrating properly. He was meticulous, there was nothing for us to clean up. Will gave us a choice of payment's,

Mr Appliance is a wonderful company. I also loved getting a text with a picture of the person and their vehicle who was coming to fix our stove. What a great idea. Rod was very respectful and friendly. He diagnosed the issues and ordered the parts. Told me exactly what day he would return and fixed our oven and one burner. I also asked him if he would level our stove and he did it without hesitation. I definitely recommend this company. Rod you’re amazing and thank you for fixing our stove. We really appreciate it!! 😄

It was an exceptional experience from start to finish - from scheduling a same-day appointment to the tech's knowledge and speed of service! The tech arrived on time, was very courteous and friendly and also took the time to explain each step including diagnosis and resolution. He fixed my washer in a timely manner and was professional throughout the visit!

Will came on time as expected. He looked like his picture. Will is a very serious guy. He was focused and did not waste time. As an engineer I like that. I would definitely engage them again for other appliance issues.

I had a great experience with this company! I'm very happy my property manager selected them for my fridge Repair. While I don't have context for anything regarding the billing stage, the rest of the process went quite smoothly. When we needed service quickly with our fridge Mr appliance accommodated right away. They had to order parts and when in called us to schedule. The repair person was very thorough in explaining what might be the problem. We will call Mr appliance again should we need service.
