Great place to get used appliances. The guy running it is amazing. He'll answer any of your questions, offer great suggestions, and help any way he can. Laid back, no pressure, no upselling. Their prices are good, and they even offer delivery. They make sure every machine works better they even put it in the store for selling. If there's something wrong with a machine, they'll fix it. My whole experience throughout the process was extremely easy, and I was taken care of perfectly. The hardest part, was literally choosing which design of machines I wanted.

These guys are awesome. Super low prices. I even brought back a broken dryer which was a month out of warranty and they fixed it for me free of charge. I called ahead and he waited ten minutes after closing to help me. This is how you should do used appliance business.

We went in yesterday and owner was extremely courteous and helpful. We were there at 1015 and out the door by 1035 with a same day delivery and install. Also gave us a deal on the from the existing price of the set and a credit toward the old machines.

On the delivery and install, he was in and out in 35 minutes and was very professional.

Also people should read the business descriptions. it states that he refurbishes and repairs older appliances.

Would definitely do business again.

WORST EVER . . . DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!! We purchased a refrigerator for our rental property. First issue is they charged our card twice. They were supposed to credit the double charge and never did. 2 months later, our bank finally investigated and got us our money back.

My property manager has been yelled at by the owner, Rob at Appliance Emporium. He will not warranty the work. It was delivered on May 12, 2018 but he would not hook up the ice maker stating the line was coming off the hot water in the basement.

The first failure came on June 18, 2018 and I called Rob to schedule the repair. He came out on June 19, 2018 and defrosted the refrigerator but did not have the part to repair it. So he ordered it and scheduled the return with Jessica directly. The part arrived on the 29th so it was sometime after that date. We were charged $80 because it was after the warranty date.

Second failure, August 10, 2018. Same issue, freezing along the back wall and the unit not staying cold. He went to the house on August 14, 2018 and replaced a part and got it running at no charge.

Third failure, September 3, 2018, same issue as previously. Refrigerator is at 57 degrees with the back wall completely frozen. Called to discuss options and suggested that we may have gotten a lemon and Rob's wife stated that she would talk to Rob and get back to me. Waited all day and call back around 4:30pm, left message. Received call at 4:57pm from Rob where he stated that he would not refund the money, warranty the unit or make any concessions on a different unit. The call became very unpleasant with Rob yelling at my property manager.

This is completely unacceptable customer service. You can bet the BBB and others will hear about this.

We've been customers for over 10 years. Rob is an appliance savant. Fast, Quality Service, Fair prices.
Extra bonus: He'll tell you what he thinks of various brands and models from an expert technical view, and that could save time, money, and future headaches.

Excellent service came within half hour of call. Fixed immediately. Neat no mess, fair prices. Good quality machines. I purchased from Rob. Have him do maintenance too. Wealth of knowledge and honest. Will definitely do business with him again or any future appliance purchases.

Very helpful and very friendly. Was in a bind and they were awesome. Am a single mom of four and my washer went out. They gave me a great deal on a used washer dryer set and delivered, installed and hauled off the old set. Was kind enough to haul off an old fridge for me too that had just gone out the day before. Wish I would have thought about them before I bought a new fridge for twice the price.

The owner of Appliance Emporium has a genius engineering mind. He makes sure all of his machines for sale are clean and in top working condition. I purchased a dryer 2 years ago for $200. It is still drying my laundry perfectly. The enthusiastic service provided at this store was very appreciated. I have referred others because I trust the owner's work.

We bought a washer and dryer two months ago from this store. They were very knowledgable and professional. We ended up paying less than we thought we would for a good set and got a warranty. They delivered and removed our old machines. I would highly recommend them. We will buy again! We even had them come out two weeks ago and do a repair on our refrigerator that was leaking. Thanks for such great service and appliances!!

This guy is the best!! Bought washer/dryer from him 3+ yrs ago and he said "call me if you ever have an issue". Had an issue with dryer not heating, gave him a call. He looked up my info and knew exactly which model i had and helped me troubleshoot over the phone. Long story short he helped me remedy over the phone when he easily could've came out and charged a trip fee. Good honest people that value their customers!! Thanks Rob!!

Not sure how/why people are leaving this business one star. My wife and I have used these guys for about five years now and purchased probably $1k worth of appliances from Rob and his family business. When I’ve had mechanical issues Rob has honored the warranty or charged a reasonable amount to come to my house and solve the issue. Has everything always been perfect? No, but this is a used appliance store..... “You get what you pay for.” Don’t expect top level customer service or product performance when you’re paying much less than new retail.

My family was lucky enough to find Rob and his family years ago, and we will never look elsewhere for kitchen appliances and services that are offered by Appliance Emporium. We are incredibly happy with the many appliances we bought from them over the years, and the fabulous customer service that goes along with that. Rob is professional and honest, knows more about kitchen appliances and repairs than anyone I've ever met, and even once tried to walk me through a "simple" repair over the phone. When Tina answers the phone, you get a treasure trove of knowledge, kindness, patience, mad coordinating and scheduling skills, and someone who genuinely will do everything possible to help you. Their prices are extremely fair, and their response time is very reasonable. Stop your research ... you've found the best!

Rob, the guy who owns this place, is a really good, honest businessman. We bought a washer and dryer from him, the washer had some issues and he came out right away and took a look, when he couldn't get it fixed in a reasonable time frame he just replaced it with a comparable washer right away, no fuss, no issues at all, and the replacement unit has worked beautifully ever since (for a year, now.) Rob is also really knowledgeable if your garage door ever breaks. Great little shop, perfect if you can't afford retail but need a reliable washer/dryer. I'd definitely go here again if in need of a large appliance.

Buying from them is like flying Spirit or Frontier. They may appear affordable on the surface but when all is said and done, you're going to be nickel and dimed and end up paying close to the cost of a brand new unit anyway for a far inferior product and service. The biggest warning sign should've been that they don't stand by their work or their products. They're selling snake oil. Just go buy brand new from a store where you won't pay for delivery and install and you won't be stuck with a product that wasn't what was promised and doesn't work properly.

I called Rob on a Sunday afternoon because my dryer started acting weird. Nowhere else open had any availability today, and I was beginning to think I wouldn't get it fixed in time to do my laundry for the week. Rob was friendly on the phone, knew exactly which parts he'd need for my dryer type, gave me a window for Sunday evening. Rob showed up right on time and got to work on my dryer. He was extremely efficient and friendly. His pricing was reasonable, especially for service on a Sunday evening! I'd reccomend Rob and Appliance Emporium to anyone. Any reviews speaking negatively about Rob seem super unlikely! He was definitely fast, but he knows what he's doing.

Highly recommend this unicorn company. Rob and Christine are great. Rob came to repair my washer and the error code said the pump was bad. Then he turned the washer on and the awful noise indicated a bearing was going and at that point there was no sense in putting any money into the old washer. Rob gave me a great price on a refurbished one that included delivery, installation and removing the old one. The first time I used the replacement it looked like there was a leak and Rob practically flew up here to fix it. On a Sunday! Turns out the washer was absolutely fine, there was a clog in the drain. Rob's smart, funny and Christine is really nice on the phone. They also have all kinds of appliances at their store, check it out!

Outstanding service! I was fortunate to have someone at my door within 30 minutes. The final price was much lower than I expected, and my dryer was working like new in no time. I would absolutely recommend this to everyone.

This is your appliance guy. We bought a used washer from him 6-7 years ago and the tub broke last week, flooded the basement. Appliance Emporium had us BACK IN BUSINESS the very next day. OUTSTANDING performance and customer service!

Bought a refurbished washer years ago from them, great machine. When it was getting worn out we took it back and Rob refurbished it. It's better than ever. Definitely going to use this place again.
