I definitely recommend Bill at Appliance Service Pro! He is quick, attentive, kind, and fair! He was great at explaining the issue and even went above and beyond to ensure my stacked washer and dryer no longer were wobbly! I will call Bill in the future for my appliance needs!

Bill was punctual, knowledgeable, and spent time explaining what was wrong with my 12-year-old Whirlpool washer and what my service options were. Even though I decided o purchase a new washer, he gave me a lot of help suggesting washer brands and even offered help on how to make my Whirlpool steam dryer run more efficiently. Not easy to find an honest repairman but I truly believe Bill is one of those.

Bill is the best and I absolutely RECOMMEND him for your appliance repair. His philosophy is to help get the issue resolved and it doesn't always mean an actual costly repair but talking through the issue via phone first. For me (and others based on his wonderful reviews), my oven did NOT require a repair at all, he had the perfect suggestions for me to try and guess what.....no repair needed! Call this guy FIRST!

I highly recommend Bill from Appliance Service Pro for repairing a washing machine. He responded quickly to my phone call when my top loader Whirlpool came to a dead stop. He diagnosed the problem and thoroughly explained the options as well as the cost. After I decided that I wanted him to repair the machine, he found the part in town and returned later in the day and installed it. Bill was very competent, honest and polite.

I can't say enough good things about Bill and the excellent service he provided. He came out multiple times to diagnose and repair our dryer, always going above and beyond. From the initial thermal fuse replacement to offering troubleshooting advice on possible causes, his professionalism and dedication to resolving the issue were clear at every step.

During the repair, he even caught some old, worn bearings and replaced them with roller bearings, showcasing his exceptional attention to detail and expertise. He took the time to explain every step of the process and even provided literature on bearings and roller bearings, teaching me about the mechanics involved. His thoroughness and willingness to educate were incredibly impressive.

When the problem persisted, Bill not only gave us helpful guidance on what to check next but also referred us to a vent cleaning service to ensure we could address potential issues with the ventilation. On top of that, when he returned for a second visit, he didn’t charge us for his time. This level of care and customer service is rare, and we truly appreciate it.

Called to get dryer repaired he asked for photos and model number so I sent him a txt and I never heard from him again————— nothing is wrong with me I got my dryer fixed the first day I called someone else not the run around you gave me

I reached out this company and received a reply asking for a make and model for my washer, followed immediately by a response accusing me of being a scammer and informing me that I had been blocked.... before I could even get them the info for my washer, pretty horrible customer service, got my washer repaired elsewhere to say the least.
