I needed my dryer repaired. I loved how Mr. Appliance texted a picture and name of the technician ahead of my scheduled appointment so I knew who to expect. The tech made a quick diagnosis of my dryer's problem and got it up and running very quickly. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

Broken wash machine. Will Fune came during the early part of the 2 hour window, and repair complete (replaced drain pump) in much less than an hour. Courteous and quick. Can't ask for better service than that. I don't know the price as I am a renter.

Will was great to work with and he was quick to determine the issue my washing machine was having.

Very disappointing experience with ice maker repair. Gave Taras a $250 deposit and waited a week for new part. One day after install still no ice. Now he’s on vacation for a week and they don’t want to send another service worker. I’ve paid in full and received nothing but headaches from this company. I’ll never use them again.

Will from Mr Appliance was awesome! Our ice maker on our Samsung Refrigerator quit working. Will showed up during the time window and diagnosed the issue, ordered the parts, and had it fixed within the week. I highly recommend Mr Appliance!

We’re grateful for their honest evaluation and the diagnosis of electrical sparking in our microwave/wall oven. The reasonable diagnosis fee saved us a potential house fire! He ordered the part and it was to take several days to receive from Whirlpool. On the day he was to show up at 800, we didn’t hear from him so we called. He said, the part was faulty and he had to reorder, and it would take another week. So much for doing laundry!

The company itself was super commutative from the moment I booked online and the scheduling was easy with our first visit taking place the next day. Our technician Will was a consummate professional; He was punctual, polite, and friendly. During the service he was clean, quiet, and quick with his work (which was fantastic) and thoroughly explained the service both through initial diagnosis and during repair.
I will be using the service again and I will be requesting that same technician.

Will quickly found the issue and helped me get my washing machine back running (I installed a new control board but didnt program it). He also put back the washer together.
Will was great, but I will say the service fee is a little higher than their competition. Forewarning if someone is on tight budget.

Excellent communication throughout. On time for the initial appointment and the follow up. Very responsive to multiple emails about receipts and diagnosis documents we needed for our home warranty company after the fact. We would absolutely call this team again for any appliance repairs.

My refrigerator temp kept fluctuating up and down over a few days, so I thought I'd have it checked out. I used Mr Appliance previously, and I was very satisfied with the service. Very friendly! From the person who answered the phone to the person who came out and fixed my dryer. I called to ask if they did repairs and in less than an hour someone was at my house. My Dryer was fixed I. 10 minutes LITERALLY!!

They're friendly and knowledgeable about their appliances. I bought a freezer from them and then later a dryer. Happy with both.
