Constraction reviews in Aurora, Colorado

In and out in no time and impeccable work!!

These guys showed up when they said they were going to show up and did what they said they were going to do.

Very nice people to work with, fair estimates and good service. No Hype-no drama.

Great experience. The team worked with our timeline and did a great job on the roof repair.

Nice and knowledgeable people to work with. Fine work at a reasonable price. Great experience. Would use again.

Dan and his crew really helped us out in a pinch. They did high quality work and provided a ton of value.

Dan, Tamara, Jesse, and the whole team are easy to work with, they very professional and get the job done. Highly recommend.

I have worked with Monumental on many projects and could not recommend them enough. Very professional and always reliable.

Ethan replaced my gutters and he was timely and very professional. I will gladly call again when we need other work done on our house.

Excellent service, professional staff, quality work, and fair prices. Dan and team installed new gutters on my home. Very pleased with their work.

Thank you Monumental for being so rock solid! You guys have done countless jobs for me without a single let down. The least I can do is try and tell google how great you are. To say the least, I highly recommend you guys. Your work is always high quality and consistent, every time. Thanks again.

I can't say enough great things about this team. They are honest, professional, friendly, and the quality is outstanding. They have completed several projects for us -- painting, roof, gutters, etc. and they have been terrific to work with over the last few years, every time.

Thank you so much for the good job you guys did on our roof repair and gutters. There's no leak even after the blizzard and and the gutters really helped. We'll be calling again when we need help.

Thanks, Jim & Millie Diekman

As a general contractor I want to make sure that my clients get the best service and value from my sub-contractors. Dan and the team at Monumental have always come through on schedule and on budget. A+

They installed gutter leaf guards, fixed some damaged siding and a couple of other things. They were honest, responsive, professional, on-time and did a nice job. I recommend them to anyone and would use them again.

Wonderful experience. They took great care of us and we're very fast. We had our roof replaced and the result was far better then what we started with. The pricing was fair and there was no pressure to sell us the job. We will be going back to them for all our home projects.

We had our gutters completely redone after having the house painted and what a difference! They were on time, professional, and the work was done right. Hopefully we won't need them again anytime soon, but if I did I would be a return customer for sure.

I was jumping through hoops and going a million miles an hour trying to get my house ready to list for sale after an unexpected job transfer. I knew I had a siding issue that may draw attention on inspection so I contacted Monumental Construction. From the moment they picked up the phone my experience with them was an absolute pleasure. Kesha was super friendly, courteous and sympathetic to my situation. She arranged for the owner of Monumental to come out the very next morning to take a look. Unfortunately I forgot his name and lost his card but what an awesome guy. Very nice and friendly. He took a look at what I thought was a relatively big problem and he gave me some techniques that I could use to fix it myself. He then walked me around the rest of the house and pointed out issues I could also address. Finally he grabs his ladder and takes my up on the roof to check that out, ultimately saying I was good to go and not trying to sell my anything. I don't think that has actually ever happened to me. Awesome company, awesome team and awesome owner. I got a hard working honest vibe the whole time. Would have hugged him if it wasn't for Covid. Virtual hug for Kesha too. Call Monumental Construction first!

Absolutely fantastic group of people who really care about their customers. They were all working with me and my extremely hectic schedule the entire time and did a crazy amazing job on my roof, even taking great care on the little stuff.

Thank you so much!

Replaced shingles and decking for house, garage, and shed, as well as hung brand new gutters and downspouts.

If you are like me, the process of finding a reputable service in this industry feels daunting, and always a nagging that you might get taken advantage of in the process. Let me tell you, if you have any feeling of that sort, use Monumental Construction. They were accommodating, reasonable, professional, and didn't even want to talk final payment until after the work was done, approved, they were packed up and gone. Not only that, but it was evident, without question, that they were working hard to give the job their very best, and they were proud of their work, for good reason. It was impeccable. And it's a relief for me to know that the next time I have a need, I don't have to doubt. I'll just call these guys. They knock it out of the park.

I called this company to get a bid for moving a down spout from my gutter. They came to my home and gave me a very reasonable bid to do the job. We set a date to do it. They arrived on time and did an amazing job. You would never know that any adjustments had been done. I was very pleased with the outcome and would highly recommend this company.
