Constraction reviews in Aurora, Colorado

Take it from me: Call Monumental Construction for your home exterior needs!

I had originally contracted with another company who left me and my home in a tough spot.

Dan with Monumental Construction took the time to understand all of the unique variables of my project and offered multiple options for solutions. He and Tamara did a fantastic job of communicating the schedule and expectations throughout my project and worked to ensure I was completely satisfied with the end product.

Monumental Construction took all of the stress out of a negative situation, and I could not be happier with the outcome.

I've used Monumental Construction in the past, and I will DEFINITELY call them again in the future. This is a company you can trust.

Dan was very nice, great , knowledgeable, helpful & punctuality & very fast. Also Miss Tomarro was always friendly & helpful. Don’t have to browse and other construction companies, cause it’s very very better company. Highly recommend to all of you !!

I recently had my house painted along with some wood work. Prices were very competitive and work was neat, timely, and precise. They also do other work such as flooring and remodeling. I will definitely use them again for future projects and would highly recommend.

Victor is a master at his craft. You can tell he takes a lot of pride in his work - the quality of the work is incredible. One of the best contractors I've ever worked with. Highly recommend Victor to everyone.

From the moment Girard Construction stepped onto my property, I knew I was in for a treat. Their team exuded professionalism and efficiency that is all too rare in the industry. Not only did they tackle the exterior paint job of my home with remarkable skill, but they also completed the entire project in a mere six days—a timeline that other competitors couldn’t even come close to matching.

What truly sets Girard Construction apart is their dedication to providing top-notch service without breaking the bank. They offered a quote that was a fraction of what others were asking, yet the quality of their work was second to none. The final result? A beautifully painted home that stands as a testament to their meticulous attention to detail and craftsmanship.

I cannot recommend Girard Construction enough. If you’re looking for a team that delivers on their promises, works with unparalleled efficiency, and provides exceptional value, look no further. They have not only earned my deepest gratitude but also my trust for any future home improvement projects.

We’ve used Girard Construction several times for home projects and our experience was exceptional each time. The workmanship is top-notch, pricing is very fair, and Victor consistently does what he says he’s going to do when he says he’s going to do it. He’s reliable, thorough, and responsive. This level of service and commitment to quality work is not always easy to find. We’ll definitely work with Girard Construction again in future for our home projects and have already referred them to family and friends.

Victor was very friendly and polite, efficient, a hard worker and did an excellent job of construction and painting. He cleaned up after each day’s work and we were very pleased with everything he did.

Malcolm the owner is awesome! I work with many contractors and Malcolm is the only contractor I use now because of his professionalism, high quality work and amazing communication. He explains the whole scope of work and doesn’t cut corners and does it correctly the first time. I highly recommend Construction business consulting!

Malcolm’s , work is excellent. He built me an amazing deck, his design and build is exactly what I wanted for family gatherings and when want to lounge outside. I’m extremely happy with the results, and work, he always provides when called on. Thank you Malcolm!!!

We appreciate the good work you did forus! Thanks!

Jorell did an excellent job on the concrete for our barn. It was a large job and they were very efficient and professional. I would highly recommend him!

Jorrell and the team at Colorado Custom Creations exceeded every expectation. From the initial consultation to the final build, their attention to detail, professionalism, and craftsmanship were outstanding. In fact, they were such a great group of guys that I looked forward to them arriving each day to see what progress would be made.

The roof cover they built is not only structurally solid (we get some crazy rain/hail storms here), but also beautifully designed, seamlessly blending with the existing space.

Jorrell kept me informed throughout the process, ensuring everything stayed ON SCHEDULE and WITHIN BUDGET (amazing, but true, happy me). It’s rare to find a team that combines skill, efficiency, and genuine customer care, but Colorado Custom Creations delivers on all fronts.

Highly recommend them for anyone looking for quality work and a hassle-free experience. I would hire CCC again without hesitation.

I had a great experience with Colorado Custom Creations. They came out to fix my grandmother’s garbage disposal and were prompt, professional, and very kind throughout the entire process.

They explained everything clearly and made sure the job was done right. It’s clear they care about their customers, and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of their services.

Jorrell is a straight up, honest guy and his team were all pros at their craft. Would highly recommend them for any residential project.

Colorado Custom Creations did an exceptional job on our project, which included a full driveway replacement, front patio replacement with stamped concrete, and the removal and reconstruction of two load-bearing brick columns with new structural supports. From start to finish, their workmanship, organization, and attention to detail were outstanding.

The driveway replacement was handled thoroughly and professionally which include precise saw-cut demolition and complete debris removal to careful subgrade preparation, proper road base installation, and rebar reinforcement placed exactly as specified. The finished concrete was poured, finished, jointed, and cured with care, and the broom finish looks clean and durable with excellent slope and drainage.

The front patio replacement was equally impressive. They removed the existing concrete and brick walkway, prepped the base properly, reinforced the slab, and installed a beautiful stamped concrete patio using an assorted stone pattern with a grey color. The finish is visually striking and adds significant curb appeal. The curing and sealing process was handled carefully, and the final result exceeded our expectations.

One of the most critical parts of the project was the removal and reconstruction of the brick columns supporting the roof. Colorado Custom Creations executed this very well, installing temporary shoring, pouring new concrete caissons, setting new structural posts, and rebuilding the brick columns to closely match the existing brick. The structural work was done safely and correctly, and the finished columns look seamless with the rest of the home.

Throughout the project, the crew maintained a clean job site, communicated clearly, and demonstrated strong technical knowledge and pride in their work. It’s clear they don’t cut corners and understand both the structural and aesthetic aspects of concrete and masonry work.

We highly recommend Colorado Custom Creations to anyone looking for high-quality concrete, structural, or masonry work. Their craftsmanship, reliability, and professionalism truly set them apart.

Francisco and his crew always do great work, would recommend to everyone I know 10/10

The business was very courteous to donate a used bike for our veterans. Communication was clear and the donated bike will go direct to our veterans. Thank yo very much.

We had a huge job - 52 tons of river rock - that needed to be ordered, delivered, and placed around the perimeter of our house. Jorrell and his team did all of this, including general prep work, putting down weed barrier, wheelbarrow by wheelbarrow placement, and after-the-job cleanup in just three days. This young man and his crew were courteous, hard-working, and honest. Jorrell knew what needed to be done and got it done faster than we had expected, and better than we had expected. We would definitely use Jorrell and his team again.

Jorrell fixed many items in our home for us getting ready to move out. He was very professional and always made time to come back many times. He laid new irrigation lines in our garden as well as new mesh and mulch. He fixed our dogs damage and you can’t even tell they ruined it. I would highly recommend using CO Custom Contracting if you need any work done inside or outside. They’re very versatile.
